Even though not all candidates passed all rounds of the interview process, everyone was highly technically skilled. Which means, that guys from Clover Dynamics did their job very well.

They provide regular performance review sessions with Engineers, ensuring they perform well and their hard skills are constantly improved.

• Registration and Authorization: users who need to have their tools repaired or serviced will need to register in the app by providing their details, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers. After the registration, they log in and authorize their accounts to access its features.
• Adding a Tool to the Profile: once a user has registered and authorized their account, they can add their tool to their profile by filling in all the relevant information on the app's form. This includes data such as the tool’s make, model, and serial number, among other details. It will help the service center diagnose and provide the necessary repair services.
• Repair Order: users can create a repair order by selecting the service they require, the time they are available for the service, and any additional information they wish to provide. This feature also allows users to choose if they want their device collected by the service center or to take it there themselves.
• Tool Status Monitoring: the app allows monitoring of the repair service's current status on their tool. Users can check if their instrument is going through diagnostics, repair, or ready for pick-up through the app, making it more convenient to plan their time around when their instrument will be available.
• Payment Integration: the app also offers payment integration for diagnostics and repair services, making it easier for users to make payments for the services they receive. LiqPay is integrated into the app, allowing users to make secure online payments.
• Tool Status Notifications: users will also receive push notifications in the app that inform them of any updates or changes in the status of their tool. This feature helps keep users up-to-date with what is happening with their equipment and when they can expect it to be ready for pick-up.
• Tool Delivery to and from the Service: the mobile app also offers users the option to order the delivery of their device to and from the service center. This is particularly convenient for users who have busy schedules and cannot take time off work to deliver their devices.
• Administrative Panel for App Management: the app also features an administrative panel that helps the service provider manage the app. This includes managing users, repairing orders, and responding to customer queries, among other features.

• Customer Support System via Bitrix-24: customers can chat with the service center using Bitrix-24 integration. The support system provides an easy way for customers to address any queries or concerns about their device's repair status or services offered.
• Helpful Tool Care Tips and FAQs: a page offering practical guidance on how customers can take care of their appliances. This includes advice on cleaning tools and their accessories, among other tips. Additionally, there are FAQs available on the app that users can refer to if they have any questions about the services offered.

• Enhanced Filters and Search Functionality: The added features improve notification, repair, and tool data retrieval efficiency. Users can access the information they need quickly and effortlessly.

The first step was to convert the excel spreadsheet we developed into a web based working model. Next came building a beta website used for testing and product demos. Then, the site was jazzed up with graphics, age appropriate fonts, colors, etc. Finally, API integration with a loan origination system was completed. The technologies were multi-layered and protected.

Three professionals were dedicated to the project from start to finish. Various others were brought in to execute portions that were aligned with their individual specialties.

We have consistently received very positive feedback on the end project. Clover Dynamics remained on schedule throughout the entire process.

Project Management was excellent. Weekly sync-up calls, plus "as needed" emails or ad-hoc meetings were the norm. Communication in my native tongue - English - was never a problem.

The only thing that comes to mind is/was out of their control, - Putin's invasion.
