On top of that they trained our team on how to use the new tools and made some custom reports that make our meetings way easier now. I don’t have much to complain about but maybe more regular check-ins could help us stay on top of updates. Sometimes we only realized a new feature was ready after they finished it. But that’s minor and honestly doesn’t bother me much because the results are great.
