Cloud computer contact center application, that manages leads and consumer data. My name is Jean Francois, I am General Manager of Cloud Capital 360.

We hired Cloud Analogy to create api services to migrate dialer data points to our salesforce environment.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The team from Cloud Analogy, understood the pain points and the why we were in search and in need to migrate call data into our environment and had the skillsets on demand to provide support.

Describe the project in detail and walk through their service package.

The major points for this project were simple but yet complicated. We needed to migrate past data from our dialer TCN into salesforce then create api services to update the data going forward.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were two members of the team every step of the way. Lead dev on this project Mohit Sharma, AKA Mr. wonderful and Arun Kumar Sr dev.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Yes, now our system is able to link past call data to lead data in salesforce, thus allows us to create reporting and dashboards that forecast call center lead acquisition cost, contact rate and more.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very easy, both parties understood the work and tasks at hand.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have a multitude of skill sets and are hardworking.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The projects went very well, I said projects because my team and I were able to use their help with other issues. They have done a great job supporting us every steps.

I'm the Sales Lead at a small startup and I've been working to build out our systems and tools infrastructure. I did a migration to Salesforce as a novice and was successful, but only to a point. We needed custom development work as well as advanced reporting that Cloud Analogy was able to support.

A new interface form directly connected to Salesforce. Allowing candidates to apply for grants.

What were your goals for this project?

Replacing the old interface and the old processes causing a lot of paperworks and lost of time. The goal was to reduce manual intervention to the minimum.

Throught online advertise. Cloud Analogy made the first steps and kept contact until we have started the project.

The timing was short and the work was done on schedule. Priorities were set autonomously by Cloud Analogy. Impact was positive, management and users are impressed.

Very effective. Cloud Analogy did a great job in setting a detailed project plan. Which was important to keep the project on track.

I work as the head of business development and coaching for a Financial Literacy program called Enriched Academy. We are on a mission to educate all Canadians on personal finances so they can achieve long term financial freedom.

We want to make out coaching program work more efficiently and also scaleable.

What were your goals for this project?

Wanted to reduce the amount of hours our coaches were working by making everything more technologically based. We also need a platform to hold all of our information in, and SF Cloud Analogy helped us achieve our goals.

We found them using online resources.

They migrated our data to the cloud to reduce the amount of time our coaches spent running reports and doing administrative work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We are now able to run reports, and our time for our coaching staff has decreased for 30min to 60min which gives us more time to focus on coaching. We have much less admin work.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It has been great. Suraj and Rupali are really amazing to work with and they've very on the ball.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They're very quick to response with a yes or no and if the work is doable. They also will send you an estimated time for the work to be done, and they're very knowledgable in everything Salesforce related. They've saved me hundreds of hours of work at a fraction of the cost of local vendors.

None at all. Everything has been great.

We are not live with project yet, so cant demonstrate any impact

How was project management arranged and how effective was it?

I was in direct contact with developer on a near daily basis, which i found very helpful, previously i would go through through a project manager / intermediary which I now dont think is required'. It was effective because things i asked to be done got done very quickly and i could see results.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Easy to deal with! They always responded quickly to emails and completed tasks quickly.
