While they are based overseas, they go the extra mile to ensure the timezone challenges do not impede any projects or milestones. They do this by suiting their working hours to our timezone and making various channels of communication available i.e. chat, emails, and phone.

The combination of great communication, adherence to commitments and deep technical expertise allowed our project to be delivered seamlessly and on budget. It is a great team that is easy to work with. The team was able to quickly understand our requirements and provide suggestions on improvement opportunities. They demonstrated good amount ownership and excellent knowledge of Salesforce.

Over time we learned to rely on them as partners for understanding the Salesforce capabilities and pursuing the right customer solutions. Overall highly recommend.

Custom software development for CRM and Twilio.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

The cloud analogy team helped build several workflows within Zoho CRM and the Twilio product suite. They did a fantastic job developing the IVR flow and integrating Twilio with Zoho apps such as CRM, Bookings. They built our lead sales funnel the business health check. It operates very well and is stable.

They created various documentation such as functional documentation, business requirement documents, solution documentation. They also completed code reviews for another vendor and worked very well with them to implement stable solutions.

About 4 members of the team. An engagement manager, business analyst, and 2 software developers.
