Closed Loop manages our paid media across search, social, video, and connected TV. They handle campaign strategy, setup, and ongoing optimization, and they support both our sales-led and self-serve growth goals. They also work with our internal team on conversion tracking, so campaigns are measured and optimized against real pipeline outcomes and not just clicks.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since working with Closed Loop, we’ve seen steady progress in how paid media contributes to our pipeline. Paid is now returning more pipeline than it costs, self-serve sign-ups from paid search have grown at an efficient cost, and brand search has been producing more demos. Our top-of-funnel video and thought leadership campaigns are also starting to show up in down-funnel results, and our expansion into the UK is already generating early demand.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Closed Loop runs a consistent cadence. There’s a weekly report, a regular sync, and a clear list of action items afterward, split by owner, so it’s always clear who is doing what. They’re responsive in our shared Slack channel, often turning around questions and approvals the same day, and they launch quickly once creative or copy is signed off. When we flag a dip in performance or a new priority, they investigate and come back with a diagnosis and a recommendation. They also bring their own ideas, like new keyword and campaign opportunities, and they’ve been flexible when schedules shift.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The people. David and Mandy feel like an extension of my team. They’re hands-on, quick to turn things around, and they flag things I should be thinking about before I have to ask. They’re also supportive when we bring new ideas, and they come back with ideas of their own for what we should be testing or doing next. Vidyard moves fast, so having a partner that matches our speed has made a real difference. I genuinely enjoy working with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Closed Loop, Inc could have done differently?

Nothing major to flag. As we keep growing the program, I’d love to keep deepening the forward-looking side: a regular roadmap of test ideas, and early heads-ups on anything unusual in tracking or data. They already do a lot of this, so it’s more about keeping that rhythm going as things scale.
