I’m the project manager of O Hello Media, a creative agency.

What challenge were you trying to address with Clockwork 9?

We hired Clockwork 9 for photography and videography purposes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Clockwork 9 helps us film and capture materials for the videos we create. For every project, they provide their own equipment and studio, and they also help us with video editing, audio mixing, and other related services.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with around five people from Clockwork 9 on a consistent basis. Their team includes photographers and videographers who come into the projects depending on the need.

How did you come to work with Clockwork 9?

We found Clockwork 9 on Google. When we contacted them, we went through a series of questions to ensure they were a good partner. We also hopped on a Zoom call and went through our standard operating procedures to ensure if theirs coincided.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in June 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our biggest achievement has been that we’ve collaborated with Clockwork 9 on large campaigns. These campaigns have been created for important clients, and the videos have been published across social media channels, trade shows, national grocery store chains, and TV show premieres. Furthermore, the quality of these videos has helped these brands launch whatever product or service they were launching at the time, which has been very valuable.

How did Clockwork 9 perform from a project management standpoint?

Clockwork 9 performs very well. They appreciate how organized we are, and we appreciate their ability to work within our processes. Additionally, they always ensure to deliver the content on time. Although we’ve had small hiccups, those are attributable to system management issues and not project management issues. We typically communicate via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Clockwork 9 has a very strong and talented team in Cleveland, Ohio, which has helped us turn one of our weakest markets into a very strong one.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Clockwork 9’s consistency has the biggest room for improvement. It would be great if they ensured that the quality of each individual teammate’s output remained consistent. Additionally, it would be good if they provided consistent communication throughout the process.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Utilize Clockwork 9 fr their talent and be transparent and upfront with them about the quality you need so that they can meet your expectations.
