BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CMO for IT Services company, that is global. My role cover the region of Central & Eastern Europe and Eastern Mediterranean.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

For what projects/services did your company hire Clipatize, and what were your goals?

We were launching our brand after spin off from other big IT player. The brand was totally new on the market. Clipatize was hired to help us set the messaging strategy and to prepare professional content that would introduce the brand to market and would bring attention of our target group.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Clipatize was recommended by a colleague who is marketing professional and worked with them earlier.

Clipatize run w workshop with leadership team and set the content strategy first, established the steps that will help us to achieve our goals, proposed concrete content formats with proper messaging. Clipatize prepared all content according to our branding guidelines and the tone of voice that we agreed in the region.

Clipatize took part in discussion with WW team on planning paid media and as well planned in details the campaign flow that we were running. Team analyses the results of paid media and provide to us valuable recommendations and feedback and propositions of improvements.Clipatize analysed our www in polish and proposed changes in language so that it suit to tone of voice of brand but keep the tone on posh language.

Clipatize used every minute from the workshop with leadership to gather as much insight as possible to get to know us and was able to provide valuable advisory as well on any communication that we were driving even apart of the project with Clipatize.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Key team was three people: partner, content director and account manager (in background as well graphics and copy writers).

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

the content that agency provided (explanation video) was recognized by WW team and used by other teams in other countries as good template.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was very effective, we run weekly status and discuss all items, beside account manager was in contact for any item that need to be solved urgently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most unique is their professionalism, each time they engaged in bigger group of leadership it was done on high level and bring a lot of trust. As an outcome the leadership trust Clipatize recommendations and like to work with them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing specific, maybe just be more pushy on us to keep deadlines we gave ourselves :D
