Clipatize for GWC Logistics - FIFA World Cup Qatar
GWC Logistics was an official FIFA World Cup 2022 sponsor. Clipatize created a 30-second video and posters displayed on the stadiums before World Cup matches.
Starting from concepts, Clipatize developed creative imagery showing what GWC does to help different industry representatives realise the projects they're involved in:
- An engineer presented an oil rig while GWC does all the hazardous materials logistics on the ground and the sea.
- A sports coach whose work is made possible by the network of GWC sports logistics designed with large-scale event delivery in mind.
- A chef whose dreams can be fulfilled thanks to GWC's contract logistics.
Everything works smoothly around the clock and around the world to make people's lives easier.
There were three stories told using a mix of various techniques. Clipatize used lots of design skills such as drawing, photography, photo retouching, photo montage, 3D modelling with fancy lighting and rendering, 2D & 3D composting, animation with stop motion footage.

A series of animated explainer videos for Prosoma
Together with Prosoma Clipatize created a series of animated explainer videos featured in a self-care mobile app for female cancer patients.
Living Well is a comprehensive, therapeutic app consisting of 21 lessons designed to aid female cancer patients. The application supports cancer therapy on the psychological level; it helps reduce stress, anxiety, and manage emotions connected with the diagnosis and therapy. As a result, the patient's quality of life is improved, thus the chance of successful treatment increases.
The app includes behavioural exercises explained by a female lead - Eva the Avatar. With her help and guidance, patients learn how to introduce behaviours that support resilience and help regain control over emotions. Once the patient learns a new coping method in the psycho-educational section, the app redirects them to exercises which further reaffirm healthy habits and behaviours.
21 animated videos, delivered by Clipatize, teach different techniques for relaxation, restoring control over one's emotions and mindfulness. The patient is guided through various aspects of mental wellbeing that affect how they can internally process their diagnosis and manage their emotions connected with their condition.

Campaign for roof window installers from CEE
Renowned all over the world, VELUX is a manufacturing company specialising in roof windows, skylights, suntunnels and related accessories. The company is headquartered in Hørsholm, Denmark. Clipatize task was to grab the attention of VELUX installers from 14 countries across the vast region of CEE. We’ve done it with a song on our lips (literally!)
The campaign was wrapped around the idea that Installers love the brand that gives love back and that, thanks to the rewards scheme, they get more satisfaction from every installation! The concept was designed to celebrate the relationship between the brand and the installers’ community. It was about putting them first, recognising their hard work and accomplishments, and rewarding them in ways that promote bonding with people dear to them, as well as strengthening their relationship with the brand.
Clipatize wanted VELUX to be associated with the fun that comes with the rewards, and spread some LOVE, like the installers will with their family and friends when exchanging points for gifts and vouchers. The team came up with the tagline: More satisfaction with every installation! And with that the fun (and campaign) started! Add to it an earworm of a song - Benny Benassi’s satisfaction but recorded almost entirely using the sounds of tools that installers use when fixing VELUX windows, and what we ended up with is a joyful, fun campaign with a song you simply can’t shake.
Clipatize used all possible communication channels to reach the client’s potential customers, including email and SMS campaigns, and all popular social media platforms.

B2C Product Launch Campaign for Hagi Cosmetics
Hagi Cosmetics engaged Clipatize to develop and launch an innovative skincare product line: Hagi Phases. The innovation lies in its three unique formulas; the creams are designed to be used during different menstrual cycle phases—something completely unheard of in the beauty industry.
From name creation, and devising buyer personas, through a socially engaged print publication talking about subjects not many dared to cover before, to a beautiful video explaining how the products work - Clipatize covered all the bases of the advertising campaign.
The product launch was followed by a social media and PR campaign promoting body positivity, engaging influencers, and media. We aimed to encourage women to practice self-observation, accept the changes their bodies go through every month, and promote a cycle-synced lifestyle. Feminist activists, bloggers, coaches, and women with disabilities shared their experiences of navigating their menstrual cycles in a way that enhances their lives and self-awareness.
Clipatize specialty is B2B marketing, yet we venture into the world of B2C marketing and communication now and then.

Market Forecasts Research - series of reports
Clipatize was a content marketing partner of Canon Middle East. In this particular case, we were challenged to find a good format to share Canon’s knowledge with its B2B audience.
The assets prepared were a series of reports, rich with valuable insights, stats presented as infographics, and expert opinions, all designed in a style that best carries the characteristic Canon brand.
The goal was to position Canon as the go-to partner in digital transformation. Over the period of 2 years, Clipatize helped to plan, edit, design, and distribute reports on topics related to market outlook and market forecasting.

Digital Strategy for Dubai Airport's freezone
The challenge was to generate demand among global investors to set up business in Dubai. DAFZA's goal was to promote its Free Zone across selected countries by communicating the benefits and ease of running a business in Dubai.
The comprehensive digital strategy created for this purpose covered the full funnel, from demand generation, though lead collection, to lead management. The assets created for the campaign were designed to follow a meticulously planned journey; the ads and videos on social media navigated the traffic to the landing page featuring a downloadable ebook and a series of industry-specific articles.

Series of ebooks for business owners for Microsoft
Clipatize has been supporting Microsoft across MEA and Europe since 2015. This particular project was focused on delivering meaningful digital transformation content to selected business sectors that could be interested in Microsoft’s offering.
For this purpose, on top of developing content for LinkedIn, we produced a series of ebooks.
These 12 publications were industry-specific and were created together with the Microsoft leadership team and selected experts. The ebooks were shared with a targeted audience in a social media lead generation campaign.

Shell Card Online Platform
Shell Card Online is a B2B product designed for organisations which own fleets of vehicles. SCOL cards provide a cash-free way of managing petrol costs, help set limits and track spendings, fuel consumption, vehicle usage etc. The system is backed by an extensive IT environment.
Customer satisfaction survey suggested that while the IT system brings many functionalities, these seemed unclear to users and hence often not used at all.
To address this challenge and improve customer experience for Shell clients we have created an online platform that addresses all questions and blockers experienced by the users. The platform was deployed in 10+ languages and delivered a library of tutorial videos and manuals that helped troubleshoot and answer questions at anytime.
Clipatize also introduced an interactive table of contents helping users to easily access desired content. Through a sophisticated analytics system, we could track if our advice is useful and how to best deliver it.
The project’s success resulted in Shell inviting Clipatize to redesign sales presentations promoting Shell Card Online.

Food for Thought platform: online content hub
dnata is one of the world’s largest air services providers. Since 1959, they’ve worked hard to achieve excellence in ground and cargo handling, inflight catering and travel services. Over the years, dnata has become an industry leader and now has more than 40,000 employees worldwide and operates in 86 countries across six continents.
dnata came to Clipatize as they wanted a different marketing approach – an approach that would enhance awareness about their services and highlight their experience in global inflight catering and onboard retail programs. To fulfill this brief and address dnata’s problem, Clipatize proposed a content marketing platform that would drive B2B leads, educate customers, and have a lasting impact on the company’s ROI.
Food for Thought is an online content hub, covering inflight retail and catering trends, news and industry expertise through quality articles, videos and graphics.

3D Animation Video for Aitbus
Airbus is one of the most recognizable brands worldwide - and that’s mainly for their innovation in aircraft manufacturing.
The AirCobot is a complex, intelligent, collaborative robot produced by Airbus in collaboration with leaders from the robotics research field. It’s a real game-changer in the industry, as it replaces old (and established) procedures related to aircraft inspections with new automatized ones. Airbus asked Clipatize for our help to explain how it works.
Clipatize goal was to "make it simple" - create a video about a robot, and make it understandable for all humans (the target group of the communication campaign are non technical staff, mainly represented by procurement and managerial staff).

Brand Recognition Campaign for HVAC Industry
Swiss Rotors produces HVAC solutions (energy and heat recovery). They automated a substantial amount of their production, so now offer high-quality products at affordable prices. With production lines on three continents, they boast an amazingly short two-weeks lead time.
Clipatize supported Swiss Rotors in formulating and executing a coordinated framework of digital activities aimed at increasing brand recognition and stimulating demand among all customer segments, across priority geographies: Europe, USA and UAE.
The year-long cooperation resulted in an 84% increase in the number of searches for the Swiss Rotors brand in the targeted markets (*according to Google Keyword Planner).

Please describe your company and your position there.
VELUX is the global leader in roof window production and sales, which invented the category. I'm the Senior Installer and Dealer Communications Manager in the Central & Eastern European Region.
For what projects/services did your company hire Clipatize, and what were your goals?
We want to step change our commercial relations with installers.
Through communication, our aim is to launch the new REWARD PROGRAM in the CEE region successfully. In step 1 ‘Get Scale’ communication has to support us to maximize the number of registrations in the program and maximize the % of installers joining the program compared to the number of installers in the VELUX CRM system.
The communication will build awareness of the new program reaching the existing installer community and involving new installers not yet working with VELUX.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We ran a tender in which the two top candidates came up with a great idea. What tipped the scales in Clipatize's favour surprised us with a bold and utterly unexpected campaign strategy and video idea that also completely covered our needs.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We started with the Pre-production: We did the planning, where we determined the goals and objectives of the video. Clipatite gathered information and put together an excellent team. After that, we decided on the format and length of the video. They were writing a script and created a storyboard.
They reviewed with us and finalized the version for recording. They provided us with a list of actors to choose for the best option to be authentic for our roofer and carpenter target group and finally proposed the location where they built the whole set. During the actual filming stage, where they captured the video footage, they had a fantastic and professional team.
The team was setting up lighting and directing the actor during the whole process and they supervised the whole team from camera operators to producers. It was also a great opportunity because VELUX was also invited and took part in the filming. The post-production, they put together the video and added special effects, music, and sound.
They professionally edited the footage to match the script or storyboard and added extra elements that we realized just after the shooting. Throughout the video creation process, we appreciated the involvement level we got.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with our account manager and creative director. The feedback process was fine, we received the ideas/scripts/versions and we got enough time to review them internally and provide feedback. Where there was disagreement, we discussed and decided together.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
It was a completely new program and we over-performed our KPIs and expectations. The campaign was for a niche target group but within them, we engaged with more than 1 500 partners who joined and are active members of the VELUX Club.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Their approach to project management was characterized by clear and frequent communication, which was facilitated by the use of a variety of communication tools. The team made use of cloud infrastructure, instant messaging, and video conferencing to ensure that everyone was on the same page and that any issues or questions could be addressed in real-time.
In terms of timeliness, the team was incredibly efficient. They kept the deadlines or came back with proposals when our suggestion was a little bit far from reality and worked diligently to meet them, while also being flexible enough to accommodate any changes or unexpected roadblocks that might arise.
Their ability to effectively manage their time allowed the project to progress smoothly and ensured that everything was completed within the specified timeframe. Overall, I was very impressed with this team's project management style. Their use of communication tools and their focus on timeliness made for a seamless and productive experience, and I would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I was thoroughly impressed with the creative ideas and bold thinking displayed by Clipatize. They demonstrated a unique perspective and a willingness to take risks, which resulted in truly innovative solutions to the challenges we faced.
The team's ability to think outside of the box and come up with creative, unconventional ideas was truly impressive and made for a dynamic and engaging work environment. Their creative approach not only led to the development of successful projects but also inspired me to think more boldly in my work.
Overall, the company's commitment to creativity and bold thinking is what sets them apart and makes them truly remarkable.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I was fully satisfied with their professional work.

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am a project manager at a database management company. In the project in question, we developed an e-learning course for the users of the database.
For what projects/services did your company hire Clipatize, and what were your goals?
The ecoinvent association hired Clipatize to support the design and creation of videos for an e-learning course we developed. Specifically, Clipatize designed the presentations in alignment with the branding guidelines of ecoinvent and produced videos for every Module.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We had worked with them in the past in another project and we were very satisfied with the outcome. Also, in the initial discussions on the project, they could exhibit relevant experience.
Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.
We started with an initial alignment meeting and sent our branding guidelines to Clipatize. We had an iterative procedure for creating the presentations upon which the videos would be based. Clipatize was always very responsive and coming up with ideas and solutions to the points we made.
After finalizing the presentations, we sent Clipatize the script for the course and Clipatize managed the whole procedure of voice-over and creation of videos. Overall, they delivered 17 videos of around 4-5 hours of total duration.
Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?
We worked with the Production & Group Account Director. We sent him our material in the raw format, then his team worked on the material to produce the powerpoint presentation based on the branding guidelines and provided us the files in .ppt and .pdf.
We commented on the files and Clipatize would revise the files based on these comments. For the creation of the videos, Clipatize sent us the intermediate videos through https://app.frame.io/ and we could comment and highlight what changes we wanted through this website.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We are now launching the e-learning course.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
I was positively surprised by the responsiveness of Clipatize and by being flexible to adapt to our schedule. Even when we had to pause the project for 3 months, due to overload in our company, Clipatize was accommodating and willing to find a solution that would fit our timeline. Communication was without any obstacles.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
I would definitely recommend Clipatize for their professionalism and for going the extra mile in some cases to make sure that the final product is great. I felt that we were partners in this project.
Even when at the end of the project, I detected 2 mistakes from our side regarding the content of the videos, and after we had already performed more rounds of review than we had agreed, Clipatize did not even raise this topic and implemented the corrections. The presentations Clipatize produced are of high quality, very clear, getting the message easily across the audience.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I cannot think of an area for improvement.

Video Production & Digital Marketing for Healthcare Company
“They’ve provided us with support and service that I had never received from other agencies.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m a former manager at a healthcare company.
What challenge were you trying to address with Clipatize?
We needed to create a social media awareness campaign and bring attention to our new e-commerce channels.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Clipatize has helped us create social media content and creative concepts for our digital ad campaigns. They’ve produced videos, banners, and display content. We run and manage the campaigns, and they provide the creative assets.
Initially, we provided a brief describing our needs. In the next few days, Clipatize gave us a brief where they showed us their standards and way of working. We also provided our company’s branding guidelines and the constraints regarding medical devices since their promotion is regulated.
For one project, Clipatize has produced a live-action 90-second video and created shorter videos from that one. They managed all the video production, including scriptwriting, direction, production, and postproduction.
Additionally, they’ve helped us with projects unrelated to social media. On one occasion, they developed an AR experience where we combined AR with an in-person conference.
Moreover, Clipatize has helped us to translate and target ads since we focus our campaigns on the EU market. We’ve run campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn. They’ve also created assets for press releases and email marketing campaigns.
How did you come to work with Clipatize?
A friend referred me to Clipatize’s founder, and I met him at a networking event years ago. We have a lasting relationship.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested around $250,000 since we started working with Clipatize.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with Clipatize since February 2016, and the engagement is ongoing. I don’t personally work with them anymore since I have another role in the company now, but my successor in the marketing role is still working with them.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve worked on different campaigns with Clipatize and have received good qualitative feedback. The ad campaigns they’ve created have been successful in driving traffic and increasing conversions. Additionally, the assets they’ve created have received a lot of positive feedback from our internal teams since we also use them in our internal communication.
How did Clipatize perform from a project management standpoint?
Clipatize’s project manager is really good and experienced. They’re extremely organized; if there’s a delay on their part, it’s always for an objective or external reason.
Moreover, Clipatize’s communication is excellent. We use email, Zoom, and Microsoft Teams. Additionally, we use Box to share large files.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Clipatize has been creative and responsive to our needs. They really understand our situation, challenges, and goals as a company; we’re a specialized healthcare company, and it’s a complex field.
Overall, they’ve provided us with support and service that I had never received from other agencies — it goes beyond digital marketing.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only thing I’d improve is to provide a better briefing for some of the projects, but that’s a minor thing.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Clipatize’s real value is their ability to manage complex and exceptional projects. They’re great at running social media campaigns, but I recommend trusting them with more complex projects.

Animation, Digital Strategy & Branding for Airport Mgmt Co
“They’re always proactive in finding different solutions to our problems while pushing creativity and innovation.”

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the brand manager for Dubai Airports, a company responsible for managing some of the largest airports in Dubai and the world. Our brands include Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Center (DWC).
What challenge were you trying to address with Clipatize?
We needed their help with making complex business and operational messages very easy and digestible, so we partnered with Clipatize.
What was the scope of their involvement?
Clipatize has worked with us on several projects, creating animated content to help us convey our messages to other businesses and the outside world. For example, the Net Promoter Score (NPS) rates, among other services, airport services. It’s an important metric for us because we want to become the biggest airport and the one with the best service, but it was reasonably complicated to explain. Thus, Clipatize created an animation that helps us explain to our workforce what the NPS is and how we can work together to achieve a better NPS score to reach our target.
Clipatize has also helped us work on an initiative to align stakeholders in the airport and aviation industries in Dubai. This initiative revolves around the idea of working together to achieve better efficiency in the sector, using a collaborative approach rather than working as single entities, each one focused on their individual goals.
In addition to that, Clipatize has created a lot of social media content for us, including static, animated, and AR content, and they’ve helped us design the logos, guidelines, and brand identity for some of our internal programs. Moreover, they’ve provided us with consulting on numerous areas, including social media strategy, which focuses on Facebook and Instagram.
Usually, we have a face-to-face meeting with Clipatize to kick off every project and discuss the broader context. Then, we write a brief to support our requirements. We’ve also done focus groups with internal stakeholders and clients for several of our projects.
What is the team composition?
I’ve worked with account managers, creative directors, and Jakub (CEO & Partner).
How did you come to work with Clipatize?
When we met them, they created a great sense that they were there for us as a partner to help rather than an agency chasing money.
How much have you invested with them?
Our investment has varied because our budget was cut during the COVID-19 pandemic. During our first years, we spent around $100,000. Then, our investment dropped, but we’re now restarting our efforts.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together at the beginning of 2017, and our partnership is ongoing. Our last project happened in October 2022.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
The content that Clipatize has created for our social media has performed very well, achieving a lot of views and interactions. As general feedback, Clipatize has a great understanding of our business processes and needs, as well as an impressive ability to translate those insights into digestible and easy communication for our employees and consumers.
Their team is always abreast of industry trends, and they’re thought leaders in their field. Thanks to their experience, I can bounce ideas off of them and ask them questions, to which I receive very good answers that help us shape our internal communications and future plans.
How did Clipatize perform from a project management standpoint?
Clipatize’s project management is very good; we’ve never had issues in that regard. They always meet the deadlines they commit to, and the account manager is very proactive, keeping us in the loop regarding the timelines. We usually communicate via email.
Moreover, Jakub is very hands-on and collaborative. Whenever he travels to the UAE, he checks in on us, and we have in-person meetings with him and the executives he travels with. During those meetings, we share ideas, and Clipatize takes us through industry trends and future plans.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Clipatize is very knowledgeable, approachable, and supportive. Additionally, they’re very open-minded and have a can-do attitude, so they’re always proactive in finding different solutions to our problems while pushing creativity and innovation.
Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing Clipatize could improve on. I’m very happy with their work, and they’ve met our requirements.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Have open and transparent discussions with Clipatize about your requirements and the nature of your organization. A collaborative partnership with them will help them find the best solution for you, so don’t treat them like an agency.
