He was buzy with other projects. Some times it was difficult to get right time for meeting. I live in Miami . He lives in Kiev. Some time he was unavailbe or buzy with othe projects and not availabel in short windows when we could work togather. But Usaually it just was delay by 1-3 days our meeting. I get that he had a lot of other customers. I also get that he didn't work on Weekends
