Honestly there's not much to fault after two years of working together. If I had to flag something, the onboarding phase at the start took a little longer than we anticipated to get fully up to speed. It wasn't a major issue and it's fairly normal with any new agency relationship, but a slightly more structured onboarding process upfront would have helped us get to full speed a bit faster. That said, once we were past that initial phase everything ran smoothly.
