Incorporate relevant features such as product showcases, promotional banners, and intuitive navigation menus. 

Implement necessary integrations for seamless functionality within the 3dcart environment. Designed Marketing Graphics: Create visually engaging marketing graphics for various platforms, including website banners, social media ads, and email newsletters. Maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials to enhance brand recognition. Incorporate persuasive and compelling elements to attract the target audience and drive conversions.

Although the project list is dynamic. The time a issue took to resolve and the speed at which responses were sent was our determination if a project is a success.

We used Trello to manage projects and had daily stand-ups to go through all the projects. They responded well, and everything is being handled promptly and professionally.

Clerisy was hired to develop and maintain all websites associated with Drone U. This included not only the technical development but the creative design.

I ultimately started working with Clerisy through one of their particular developers who was not only technical in nature but an exceptional designer. This is VERY difficult to find since most developers are not good designers.

Our sites are all built on WP using PHP. The ability to update, change, or tweak all aspects of the sites is very important to me. Clerisy has been careful to make sure I maintain full control and ability to update our sites. However, the scope of work has continued to grow over the years and so has their involvement. They have now developed and designed numerous sites and graphic design elements, and continue to do so.

I have worked with at least five separate developers and designers directly. But I've been able to develop close, tight-knit working relationships with two particular team members.

Clerisy has been with us since the start when we had no members to now over 1,000. They have been an integral part in our growth as they have worked with me on constant tweaks and additions to make our sites better in every area.

Everyone I've ever worked with at Clerisy is very hands-on and committed to delivering the best service and outcomes. They are attentive and their communication is exceptional. They care, and that's the biggest thing I've appreciated. They are very much a part of our team, despite the great distance apart.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I have not found a place with numerous team members so versed and good at both designing a site and developing it. This is extremely rare. Most developers are terrible designers. But having a place that is good at both where I can work with a single point of contact to execute my ideas is incredibly helpful and efficient. They care for their client and are quick to resolve issues or simply make adjustments when I need them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wish I had more access to support on the weekends when things sometimes "break." This doesn't happen often, but when it does it's vital I have support. I have hired a "local" person to assist with this so we are not without means to fix issues. But would love Clerisy to offer this as an option.

Initially, we were charged with designing, developing and maintaining a responsive web-based customer portal using Angular JS. Later, Clerisy Solutions was engaged to help design and build a back-office service and reporting application using the same technology stack.

After failing twice with two other companies and searching for a replacement we came across Clerisy Solutions and thought that we would give them a try with a small part of the project. Once proof of delivery was achieved, we have since found them to be (and continues to be) a very important component to our development team over the past 3+ years.

The project (all based on Angular JS, Typescript and other tech) has now matured into an entire product suite:

• One product that allows our clients to offer their retail customer base an enriched customer experience by being highly configurable with integration to several 3rd party service providers.
• Another product allows for our clients to send html content messages in a very specific and targeted way.
• Thirdly a product, that is in progress, whose end users are customer service agents, marketing managers and other operational departments allowing each of these groups to have visibility into their respective responsibilities.

We worked with several people from Clerisy Solutions and consider them to be an important extension of our development team working closely with our DBA’s, QA, PM’s and other software developers.

The work done for our clients has allowed them to replace legacy applications in a non-intrusive manner for all of their brands. Additionally, the creation of these new products has allowed other opportunities to be addressed whereas before they were simply out of reach.

Separated by a 9+hrs (time-zone) proved to be more beneficial than not. Success can be attributed to maintaining a combined internal and Clerisy Solutions task list that effectively was/is being addressed for most of the 24hr day.

Adding resources at the appropriate time with maintaining a core development compliment has proven to be optimal and still remains in effect today.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I’ve been in software development industry in various capacities for a long time, across different industries. The Clerisy Solutions team is one of the best teams that I have had the pleasure to work with.

What makes them separate from others is what every development manager (or service provider) wants to see in their team – namely proactiveness, quality of work in a timely manner all wrapped up in talented and creative wrapper.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Every team should strive to improve on something – not sure anyone will disagree with that statement. However, from our experience with Clerisy Solutions I’m pressed to name anything that would improve the relationship or work that we have enjoyed with having them as an extension of our team.
