Initially, some Cleevio team members tend to operate as a separate group rather than as a fully integrated part of our tribe. While this improves over time and the teams eventually blend well — both professionally and informally — earlier integration into the wider organization and team culture could accelerate collaboration even further.

Cleevio delivered the site end to end. That started with strategy and information architecture — restructuring how we present seven product areas so each one stands on its own while the platform story still holds together — then UX, UI and a design system, then the build on a modern headless stack.

They also owned the parts most agencies hand back to the client. Infrastructure and hosting architecture, penetration testing, and security hardening were theirs, coordinated with our internal risk and security people. For a regulated financial institution that mattered a lot: our website is a trust signal, and we couldn't have a gap between what our security page claims and how the site itself is built.

Two pieces went beyond a standard website. They built an AI-powered knowledge base for customer support, structured by product, so customers find answers themselves instead of waiting for our support line — and a structured FAQ layer feeding the same content. They also built out our reference and case study section, media room and blog as proper content systems rather than static pages.

Excellent! And honestly one of the clearest strengths of the whole engagement.

Tomáš, their Head of Delivery, and the team had the project under firm control from day one. We always knew what stage we were at, what was waiting on us, and what a late decision on our side would cost. That meant the deadline never turned into a surprise, and everything was delivered on time. What set them apart was how far outside their scope of work they were prepared to go.

For example - they helped us manage communication toward stakeholders inside our own company. A website rebuild at a company our size touches product, sales, customer care, risk and compliance, and legal — a lot of people with strong opinions and a legitimate claim on the outcome. Cleevio helped us structure that: presenting decisions, explaining trade-offs, building alignment. Nobody contracted them to do it. It took a significant load off my team and it's a large part of why the project moved as fast as it did.

On responsiveness: our requirements kept moving (as usual). The product was evolving underneath us during the project, so we were still changing things well into the build — more than most agencies would tolerate. Cleevio handled it well.

Cleevio has rebuilt its own delivery process around AI, and the effect showed up directly in our review cycles. UX and UI iterations that would normally come back in days came back in hours.

We reviewed variants in the same session instead of waiting for the next round, which changed how we worked as a client: more decisions, with more options in front of us, in less time. This is the difference between an agency that talks about AI and one that has actually restructured delivery around it.

Second, the way they engaged. They pushed back when our thinking was weak and brought proposals instead of waiting for a brief, but they stayed flexible when our priorities shifted mid-project.

Our needs are : By using the project made for Level Finance on BNB Chain add also the possibility to trade on GMX V1/V2 on Arbitrum. Depending on the blockchain where the user is connected it should be possible to select on which Dex the user wants to trade. For the time being, there is only "Level Finance" DEX, but this work must anticipate future Perp Dex integrations (Gains, Lyra etc.). The swap function that originaly is used on pancakeSwap for Level integration needs to be actually on 1inch. 

Using 1inch will reduce time effort for building dedicated swap options on each chain since it is a Dex aggregator available on most EVM chains. When the user clicks on SWAP he will access a swap menu connected to 1inch API and be able to swap his assets into another whitelisted asset. For now whitelisted assets are only the one available on Level (BNB not WBNB, BETH, BTCB, USDT) And on Arbitrum ETH not WETH, WBTC, ARB and USDC

GoodTrust provides a straightforward and simple way of managing all these assets today as well as designating and sharing access with loved ones and other trusted third parties to organize, secure, protect and preserve anyone’s ‘digital afterlife.’.

GoodTrust also recently launched new features including Last Goodbyes to create a time capsule with an email, social post, or video that can be shared after someone passes away.

I’m the head of audio products for Active Radio, a media production company.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Cleevio?

We needed a partner to develop multiple apps for our different radio stations and streaming platforms.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We came up with five different app ideas, and Cleevio built them for iOS and Android, working on the UI, graphic design, and dev. Youradio is an app for streaming music, but it’s curated by playlist and mood instead of album and artist. Users select a certain mood, and then our recommendation engine suggests what they’d like to listen to. Cleevio built a free and paid version of the app.

Youradio talk is the same idea but for the spoken word, such as podcasts and the news. The app aggregates various spoken word services and allows users to either stream them or select specific podcasts they want to listen to. Evropa 2 and Frekvence 1 are for streaming radio, but they also incorporate a feed from other websites (like news sites) that users can directly access in the app. Lastly, Pigy is a kids’ radio station that offers both fairy tales and kids’ music.

All of the app are live, and Cleevio continues to update them and add new features, as needed. Each app took about 1–6 months to develop, depending on its complexity.

The project manager is our main point of contact, and we also work with one developer for iOS and one for Android.

How did you come to work with Cleevio?

They found us. We liked their ideas, designs, and presentation, so we had them do a pilot app. It went well, so we hired them for the other projects.

How much have you invested with them?

Each app cost about $50,000 to develop.

We first partnered in July 2013, and the work is ongoing.

They have lots of experience, which has made our partnership successful.

They could be better at estimating how long they think a project will take. We’ve sometimes had to postpone deadlines because they didn’t set aside enough time to accomplish the tasks.

I’m the CEO of K-Pay, a holder of payment institutional assets from local banks.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cleevio?

We’re a fintech company, and we’re oriented toward a mobile app solution. We got in touch with Cleevio because of their experience in this area.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The idea came from our side, and Cleevio translated it into a mobile app solution for Android and iOS based on our discussions. It’s a universal application for payments, investment, and other added values for users. We have another application for merchants, who can post information about transactions, coupons, and so on. Users can pay through QR codes.

The initial version of the app was made for Slovakia, and is available only in Slovakian, but we’re planning to expand to other countries. Cleevio also developed a payment gateway as a web application.

What is the team composition?

They set up a front- and backend project team and we were assigned a project manager.

How did you come to work with Cleevio?

We reviewed multiple companies worldwide before my son came across Cleevio’s website. He told me the company looked nice and had good experience. They’re based in the Czech Republic and we’re in Slovakia, so the short distance would make communication easier.

How much have you invested with them?

The estimate for the first stage was €200,000. The cost for the second stage will depend on the additional features of the application, and it’s expected to be above €100,000. We expect the overall cost of the project to be €500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Cleevio in September 2017 and the engagement ended in January 2019.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I only have positive feedback. Cleevio’s programmers were focused on the work, and everything was successful when we tested the app with young people. This was our first time involving millennials with our product, and the feedback was very good.

How did Cleevio perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicated through email and Skype, and we also visited each other’s offices. We could also talk to their CEO, and we were in touch on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for development and testing. We had a very good collaboration with them.

Open communication with their team was very important for us. They’re a young and competent development team, and they have very good experience with mobile applications, not only for the local market but also outside of the EU.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CIO of a logistics company. We provide a delivery parcel service to pick-up points, mainly in the Czech Republic.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cleevio?

We wanted to create a mobile app solution to cater to the needs of our customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, we met together and specified the requirements for the project. Then, they prepared wireframes, which we reviewed and agreed upon. Next, the team created the design and the entire solution. Subsequently, they tested it and delivered it back to my team. Finally, my team launched the platform. Currently, we’re developing new versions of the app.

The app is iOS/Android accessible and has the ability to relay information to our customer base about pick-up points. Our next iteration will enable customers to send packages to one another via our app.

What is the team composition?

We had two points of contact and 4-5 developers working with us on this project.

How did you come to work with Cleevio?

They were referred to us. We evaluated other companies as well, but ended up selecting Cleevio because of the positive references we received.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested 2.2 million Czech crowns (approximately $100,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

Our work began in July 2018 and the engagement is ongoing.

Overall, we’re quite happy with their work.

How did Cleevio perform from a project management standpoint?

We had regular meetings. Sometimes we met in person, other times via phone. The developers on staff were very proactive and communicated with me before I asked, for the most part.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They did an excellent job of creating the app, sharing their expertise, and providing support with other projects. We’re really satisfied with their work overall, and would definitely recommend them.
