The staff noted the ease of use of the Business Central interface and the out-of-the-box integration capabilities with other Microsoft applications, especially the rapidly popular Edit in Excel feature, which allows users to work with data (change, add, delete - depending on configured access rights) from the ERP system directly in Excel. In addition, end users find the built-in Business Central analytics (financial dimensions) and interactive reports with drill-down capabilities to source documents an excellent source of business insight and correct management decisions.The project was executed according to the agreed methodology - from detailed requirements analysis to configuration, testing, and training. The planned budget and project duration (six months) were met. Post-implementation support is underway. As a next step after the ERP implementation, the customer plans to implement a project to integrate the Power BI business intelligence platform to consolidate heterogeneous data sources into a single environment for analysis and reporting

Integration between Business Central and the Vchasno. Kasa Payment Transaction Recorder (PTR) software. As part of this integration, data is exchanged about transactions such as cash deposits, collections, sales and returns receipts, shift opening, and X and Z reports. 

• Automation of order creation with the necessary data in the system using QR code recognition. 
• Modernization of the discounts and coupon functionality. 
• The “Partner Offers” functionality: the ability for partners to receive discounts and purchase vouchers using bonus points. The development was complex and involved not only implementing the data structure in Business Central but also creating an API for integration with the DILA website, setting up and sending SMS messages and emails to partners, generating printed certificate forms, and accounting for the use of bonus points. 
• Creation of algorithms to check order composition for duplicate studies. Creation of algorithms to automate the collection of bags based on scanning the barcode of containers. 
• Development of a SOAP API for data exchange with other software products used by DILA. 
• Technical support for the management of the development of new site visitor accounts. 
• Our development team also carries out a range of ongoing work to optimize processes, refine current functionality, manage code, and improve the user experience in Business Central.

We are developing our IT products and focusing our efforts on digitalization and automation of processes in the company.
