I'm the director of a local SEO agency.

For what projects/services did your company hire Civic Web Media?

We needed help generating quality website content for our clients to keep their website blog posts up to date and relevant. We also needed help writing articles we could share with relevant industry websites.

What were your goals for this project?

To generate high quality content that our clients could present on their website. It needed to be professionally written and be relevant and informative for each industry niche.

How did you select Civic Web Media?

I was referred to Civic Web Media by a colleague that had used them recently.

To produce 3 articles each month between 600 and 1000 words that would be relevant and accurate for the different industries we specified. They were responsible for keyword research and content optimisation.

What was the team composition?

Oliver was the main point of contact throughout the process, which made everything run very smoothly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

My clients were very happy with the quality of their website content. They had previous companies generate content and blog posts that required corrections and edits in the past, this was one of the few times they hadn't had to correct or edit the content we provided.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They handled everything from idea generation to content development, so the workflow was very straight forward. We provided a high-level brief with some examples of content we liked and they took care of the rest. They provided the content in the format we requested and we just needed to upload it to the client's website.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The simplicity of the interaction and the quality of the content that was created. I expected to have to provide more clarification and possibly some edits to the content to ensure our client's were happy with it, but we didn't need to, which was great.
