Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the process and quality engineer at an occupational health clinic. I do a lot of process improvements and quality control for all three of our clinics. I’m responsible for the marketing, IT, billing, and clinical areas, among others.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cinch Media?

We hired Cinch Media because our website was very outdated. It wasn’t targeted toward our target audience. We wanted our platform to show our services, who we are, and who clients could contact if they’re interested in using our services.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

She re-created an entirely new website with a new domain. Cinch Media hosts the website and monitors it on an ongoing basis. They’ve helped with Google citations and other local media citations for the website. She’s also assisted me with setting up a Facebook, LinkedIn, Google pages independently for each clinic. They also helped set up a parent page that I now monitor. 

They make sure people can find our business on search engines and they ensure there’s no type of profanity linked to anything we would distribute across our various channels.

Beth (Owner) is my direct contact for any questions or updates. 

How did you come to work with Cinch Media?

I wasn’t present during the selection process, but I know it was great that Cinch Media was local to our area.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested between $10,000 and $25,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Cinch Media in October of 2017, and the relationship is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve increased our client volume, and their services have also helped with retention. For example, they formatted the website so that it allows people to apply for jobs. It also allows client companies to access patient reports of employees that have come through our clinics. 

We’re getting a lot of increased traffic from their work, and people have been referencing our social media pages, too. 

How did Cinch Media perform from a project management standpoint?

She is really great about getting things done in a timely fashion. Recently, I sent her updated clinic hours to add to our website, and she had it done within 24 hours. She immediately notifies me with analytics updates anytime she sees anything that could be a red flag.

We communicate primarily via email or dropbox and speak on the phone every once in a while. We have face-to-face meetings as well.

What did you find most impressive about them?

She’ll gather in-depth information about the business need prior to starting a project. She’s also very knowledgeable about image sizes and best practices for web-based posts. She’s very professional about how she conveys that knowledge, too.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any at this time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You should know exactly what your need is and be able to communicate that successfully. Make sure you have a defined idea of what you’re looking for and what you need before reaching out to Cinch Media.

We hired Cinch Media to help us properly align messaging with segmented target audience via social media.

What was the scope of their involvement?

The work they do varies significantly from client to client, but for the most part, they support the social media aspect of the advertising services we provide. Their service is relatively turnkey, so they handle content creation with specific audiences in mind as well as the actual deployment and engagement process on various platforms. In addition, they’ve helped out with occasional web design projects in a more backend development regard.

What is the team composition?

I have interacted with other individuals at Cinch Media, but Beth (Owner) is my primary point of contact on the majority of our work.

How did you come to work with Cinch Media?

They were referred to us by someone who had worked with them in the past. I found their expertise in the interview process to be above expectations, so I decided to give them a shot.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Cinch Media in October 2010 and have partnered on a variety of products on an ongoing basis since then.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The greatest sign of our success with them is the fact that we continue to work together. They support our agency work, and like all advertising agencies we have some campaigns that are more successful than others, but I have never had any problem with their level of work.

How did Cinch Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They have done an excellent job of aligning with our agile project management standards. We run a lot of parallel paths rather than pursuing more traditional processes, and her adaptability with regard to that has been a great asset to our work together. We use Monday.com to communicate and keep track of all the milestones throughout any given project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness is second to none. We get all of our questions and requests answered in virtually real-time, which is incredibly beneficial to the projects as a whole.

Are there any areas they could improve?

All of the constructive criticism I’ve ever had for their team they have immediately implemented, so I really don’t have any concerns at this point.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My recommendation would be that if you’re going to use Cinch, take time to listen to their ideas and concepts because their organization has significant experience and a unique perspective that can improve the project overall. I learned fairly early on not to just give them directions but to allow for flexibility as well, which was absolutely the right decision.
