I’m the CEO of an AI-powered platform that generates and optimizes video ads automatically, enabling businesses to launch and improve ad campaigns with a single prompt for increased revenue and ROAS, requiring no manual edits.

We needed to hire a C-suite executive.

The entire process was pretty lengthy, but it was exactly what we were looking for because we wanted to take our time as we chose the next person to help lead our company.

We got the candidate shortlist and the perfect hire. The speed at which Christian & Timbers was able to do that was great, as well as their attention to detail throughout the entire process. For example, they got us the shortlist within two weeks, which was insanely fast for our needs. Then, we made the final hire within three weeks of receiving the shortlist.

They 100% delivered on time. We communicated slower during certain parts of the process and faster during others.

Along the way, they kept the process clear and efficient, giving us confidence that we were moving in the right direction.

We were able to fill the Chief Science Officer role in just a few weeks, compared to the months it had been taking us before. The candidates presented were all highly qualified, which saved us significant time in the selection process. The fast placement not only strengthened our leadership team but also allowed us to move forward on critical research projects without delay.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Christian & Timbers could have done differently?

Overall, the experience was very strong, but if anything, I would have appreciated even more visibility into the early stages of the search process. Regular updates were helpful, and adding a bit more detail up front would make the experience even smoother.
