ChicMic Studios handled the development and integration of our email verification platform (ZUHAL) from the ground up. Our website is built on PHP Laravel, the verification script was developed in Python, and the database runs on AWS RDS. Their team successfully built around 80% of the verification system, integrated it with our platform and improved the overall accuracy of the verification process.

They also implemented a secure payment gateway and delivered additional custom features to support scalability. Along the way, they fixed several major bugs and performance issues that were blocking our progress, ensuring the platform was stable and reliable.

What impressed us most was their team leader, Rakesh, who was extremely friendly, understanding, and always available to help whenever we faced any issues or bugs. His support and proactive approach made the entire collaboration smooth. Overall, it was truly an outstanding experience working with their team.

Honestly, we were very satisfied with their work and overall experience. The only small area of improvement could be faster turnaround on minor change requests but this did not affect the overall delivery. Their quality and support were excellent.

We have set up 11 milestones so far from the UI/UX design, front end and back end all the way to the cloud set up. Each milestone was delivered with speed and success.

Every deliverable throughout this journey has been delivered on time and with exceptional quality. The entire team consistently respond promptly to my inquries. During the design phases, the discussions were often intense; and during the testing phases, revisions and additions were inevitable. But the team maintained a calm and professional demeanor throughout. Those late-night discussions were incredibly valuable and productive, and I learned a great deal from their expertise and dedication.

The scope of work focused on transforming Flex Farm from a concept into a fully playable prototype. ChicMic Studios delivered the game’s core systems, including a tension-based crop pulling mechanic, a basic planting and growth system, and supporting UI elements like the ReelMeter for managing pull tension. They also built out the Crop Manager to handle spawning and lifecycle logic, and added animations, effects, and sounds to enhance gameplay feedback. On the technical side, ChicMic established a modular Knit-style codebase with Rojo integration, ensuring the project is scalable and maintainable. The final deliverable was a stable prototype with a functioning harvesting loop, ready for community playtesting and future expansion.

The project produced a working prototype of Flex Farm with a fully functional harvesting loop, including the crop pulling minigame, planting system, and growth timers. A modular codebase with Rojo integration was established, making future development more efficient and maintainable. The game is now stable enough for community playtesting, with players able to plant, grow, and harvest crops in a repeatable loop. These outcomes demonstrate clear progress from concept to playable product, laying the foundation for upcoming features such as flex animations, rare crop events, and trading systems.

ChicMic’s project management was clear and organized, with regular updates and milestone tracking throughout the engagement. Overall, their approach made the development process smooth and dependable.
