After building my website, they assisted me with paid ads on Facebook and Google. They also helped me with my SEO rankings, pushing my site to the first page of Google results.

I worked with three different people—one for the website, one for paid ads, and one for SEO.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Business to my shop has been increasing every year, in part because of Chavez Web Design LLC’s work. I have heard that customers found me through the ads. They have also complimented my website.

How did Chavez Web Design LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re very responsible. I always get feedback right away, and they’re excellent at explaining things to me. They help me with my needs and I always stick with them.

Also, they’re great at communicating. I email them or text them, and I meet them in their office every three months.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re very informal and very informative, which is a combination I like. They tell me what I need to grow, and I’m very thankful to Chavez Web Design LLC.

No, I can't think of anything.

I decided, one day, that I needed a website in order to be competitive. I tried to create my own, and it turned out just okay. I decided to bring in professional help instead.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Chavez Web Design LLC designed my website from scratch. I sat down with Luis (Operations Manager, Chavez Web Design LLC) in his offices, talked about my business and needs, and left it in his capable hands. I’m not sure what technologies their team used, but it works, and I’m happy with it.

What is the team composition?

I worked with one other person besides Luis, but Luis was my primary contact.

How did you come to work with Chavez Web Design LLC?

I don’t remember if someone gave me Chavez Web Design LLC as a reference or if I found them myself.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent less than $5,000. It was a reasonable price.

What is the status of this engagement?

The project took place in 2017 and lasted just 7–10 days.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’ve gained some clients from my new website, but not as many as I would have liked. I now use it as a measure of validation when I post my services in classified ads. I’m still happy to have hired Chavez Web Design LLC to make my site.

How did Chavez Web Design LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We were always in communication. We usually talked over the phone or email, but we also met in person twice. Neither of us is shy, so whenever Luis or I had a question, we just got in touch with each other.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Luis was willing to tolerate and listen to my questions, which sets him apart from a whole lot of designers. He’s a very patient man who always listened and never got upset when I changed my mind. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m sure if I sat down and looked at the site enough, I could come up with something. But, for the time being, I’m satisfied with what I got. When the time comes that I’m not, we’ll change it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Chavez Web Design LLC again. 

Any advice for potential customers?

Listen to what he says more often than I did. I thought I knew more than he did.

I needed someone to help me with web design and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They've worked on a lot of my marketing ideas and social media, and they also have almost full control of my website and take care of everything to do with it. They taught me how to actually connect all my social media accounts so that if I do something, it's shared with all my accounts.

I work with Noemi (CEO, Chavez Web Design LLC) and Luis (Operations Manager, Chavez Web Design LLC). I'm also in touch with a couple of other employees—a team of around 10 people has worked on my projects.

I met Noemi at a networking event because they're always out in the community, doing workshops and meeting new people.

I've spent around $3,000 so far.

I started working with them in December 2017, and the work is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I always ask my clients who referred them to me, and I get a lot of responses from people who found me through the website, Google, or Facebook. A lot of my work is now coming from those online areas, which I didn’t have before. It has increased by about 30%, so I am really happy about that.

How did Chavez Web Design LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They always get back to me within an hour, over text message or email. I have a really good relationship with Noemi, and I can call her and ask about different things such as how to promote my business more on social media. In general, they've helped me out a lot.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their service is amazing; there's just no comparison to other companies. They're really there for our business and work hard to help us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there's anything they can improve on. I know they are creating another business as part of their internal improvements and in order to offer more services. I'm glad they are growing and expanding.

I always recommend them to anyone that is starting their business.
