I own a website that sells horse equipment and equestrian gear. I also have a horse farm.

I wanted to improve my online marketing and website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It depends on what we need. Their team created a WordPress site linked to WooCommerce, connecting it to shops on Amazon and eBay. My point of contact will add products to the site, check images, and perform SEO services.

What is the team composition?

We have a main point of contact. I’m not sure if people are working behind the scenes.

How did you come to work with CGain Web Design & SEO?

My brother was working with them on his website. He was satisfied with what they’ve done, so I approached them to see if they could do mine.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around three or four years ago.

We’ve received great reviews based on the work they’ve done for us. People seem to like what we got.

We sometimes communicate through email and phone calls. I speak to them quite regularly on the phone.

I’ve not come across anything. They’ve been very good.

I’ve found that giving them a bit of leeway on certain projects has helped them get me more sales.
