CF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT LTD

BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and position.

I am the Founder of an ecommerce company

Describe what your company does in a single sentence.

We are a UK safety-tech company that makes QR-enabled bands linked to a dynamic digital profile, so that when a band is scanned, the wearer's key details are shown and their emergency contacts receive an alert with a precise What3Words location.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What specific goals or objectives did you hire CF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT LTD to accomplish?

• We needed an MVP to turn a wearable QR band into a live safety platform, so anyone scanning a band sees the wearer's key info and emergency contacts instantly. Key aims: sell bands and subscriptions online, support families and organisations, and fix insecure handling of personal data.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Coby and CF Digital took our platform from concept to a finished product across web and mobile, covering product strategy, UX/UI design and full development.

The platform connects each physical band to a secure digital profile, so that a scan shows the wearer's key details and sends their emergency contacts a scan-triggered What3Words location alert. It supports individuals, families and organisations such as schools and care providers in a single system.

Main deliverables Guardian dashboard (web and mobile): where guardians create and manage profiles, bands and emergency contacts. AI-assisted onboarding: profile creation that cuts down manual data entry and gets a band set up in minutes. Core user journeys: registration, band activation, subscription management and the emergency scan and alert flow. Organisation tools: multi-user accounts, bulk user support and admin controls for schools and care settings. Incident reporting: a record of scans and alerts for guardians and organisations. Design system and component library: consistent, scalable design patterns across web and mobile.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Briefed as an MVP, delivered production ready: full eCommerce with subscription management, multi-user and organisation accounts, and AI onboarding. Sensitive data previously exposed on public URLs is now hashed, tokenised and secured on Firebase in line with GDPR.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Coby's project management was sound from start to finish. The work was well organised, communication was clear, and we always knew where things stood. Delivery was on time at each stage, which mattered given how many moving parts we had on the product side. Feedback was addressed quickly, without us needing to chase, and any bugs that came up were picked up and fixed promptly. It made the whole build feel straightforward and low stress on our end.

What was your primary form of communication with CF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT LTD?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out most was Coby's ability to demystify the technical side. Neither of us founders comes from a development background, and he explained complex decisions in plain English, laying out the options and trade-offs so we could make informed calls rather than just nodding along. We always understood what was being built and why. He was also a true collaborator. Coby worked with us as a partner in the product, not just a supplier taking a brief: he challenged our thinking where it helped, brought his own ideas to the table, and cared about getting it right for the families and organisations who will rely on it.

Are there any areas for improvement or something CF DIGITAL DEVELOPMENT LTD could have done differently?

Honestly, no. The project ran smoothly and we would work with Coby again without hesitation
