We decided to begin our partnership with CERKA back in Q1 2024, as we needed support building a new website for our business. Since then, CERKA has successfully set up and optimised a new back-end web development platform for us, has built and optimised a new website for both desktop and mobile and continues to build on and improve this website whenever needed.

Measurable outcomes included a website that accurately reflected the designs provided, that worked as expected without glitches or errors and that allowed for small tweaks to be made easily by our internal team. Prompt communication and feedback is also important to us, so this continues to be a key measure of success.

CERKA is excellent at responding to our needs promptly and in detail. All tasks are delivered on time and any feedback points are actioned quickly.

Boris was hired as a freelancer web developer to help us launch our new website. Our initial scope of work was simple, we would do the site-map, design, content and everything in house and hand it over to him to build on webflow.

Quickly in our initial discussions and onboarding we realized he had alot more to offer than just following a brief, he quickly ramped up and began consulting us from the first stage to the very last. He helped with:

• Scoping out and visualizng our sitemap and slug structures
• Locking in the right domain and setting up a multi-country page with subpages before we told him to (he preempted this)
• Designing efforts on figma with our in-house designer to bring structure to the project and optimize designs for web and mobile
• SEO review and optimization to ensure the website ranks well
• Research ad onboarding of our translation vendor (when we could not find a good one) to help us localize our website in arabic
• Managed and implemented the arabic website from start to finish
• Supported throughout during migration and launch phase

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Website visits up by 100% in first month
• Ranking improvement across the board from initially being virtually "unranked"
• Minimal to no website latency and load up time

They were always available online for quick replies and responses, very forward coming with feedback and suggestions/insights on how to solve problems and clear out blockers (even when we were fully blocked). Very proactive and responsive throughout our engagement overall with timely deliveries

• They were very hands-on and dedicated to our project and work
• They are very intentional with their work and output, not just following briefs and orders blindly

I cannot say there are any areas right away, they have been a breeze to work with.
