I’m the marketing manager for a storage solutions company that focuses on optimizing space for companies.

What challenge were you trying to address with Cenango?

We worked with Cenango on a software development project. We also used their services to market our product to customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Cenango worked with us from conception to creation. The team developed software that we could integrate into our inventory management platform. They built a system that could scan, monitor, notify, and track RFIDs so that we could provide our customers with up-to-date information on how a specific item is being stored as well as its chain of custody or history of who has accessed it.  

What is the team composition?

I specifically worked with around 4–5 people. Samir (Founder & CEO) and Milad (COO) were my main points of contact.

How did you come to work with Cenango?

Cenango was referred to me.

How much have you invested with them?

This was a $200,000 project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working in November 2020 and the development wrapped up in June 2021.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

This integration has allowed our marketing department to push for and start increasing sales. We’ve had leads come in through some of the publications that we’ve put out regarding this software and have even secured a million-dollar deal.

People to whom we’ve presented this software have been very impressed with its thoroughness and how it addresses a lot of problems that they were encountering previously. 

How did Cenango perform from a project management standpoint?

Cenango was fantastic and incredibly communicative. They not only diagnosed any issue that arose but also immediately came up with possible solutions. The team worked towards a unified goal despite the challenges we encountered. It was absolutely outstanding work. 

We used email, monday.com, and Jira to communicate and manage the project.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was very impressed by their work ethic, core abilities, and supportive presence throughout the entire process. Their project management skills were also incredible.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We struggled a bit over the time change, but there was no way of helping that.

I am a manager at Everglades Safari Park. We do airboat tours in Everglades National Park. We are a concession for Everglades National Park.

We were able to launch in a reasonable amount of time . We also achieved to capture many online sales.
