Maven Cloud Technologies provides Netsuite consulting and customization services for large and small firms that depend on Netsuite ERP to run their business each day.  We have over 30 years of combined experience in supporting Netsuite implementations, day to day operations, complex integrations and customizations.

We have worked with Celerity for many years helping our clients with their accounting needs and processes within Netsuite.  The Celerity team is always fast and efficient to help "right the ship" or optimize our clients financials.  They bring a wide range of expertise and solutions to help make Netsuite a more valuable resource for the company.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We used the Celerity team with multiple clients to fix broken A/P and A/R processes.  With almost every client we have provided vast improvement in Receivables, Payables and month end reconciliation processes.

1. Decreased DSO by at least 20-30%
2. Payables input has been same day or next day
3. Month end closed reduced to 7-10 days

The Celerity team is very responsive, quickly ingesting the needs and prioritizing them from most critical to long term improvements so they can make the biggest impact in the shortest amount of time.

They are always careful to document all requirements and provide achievable timelines.  Then, continue to adjust their work to adapt to the clients needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They've always impressed me with how fast they can take on a new client, understand their needs, and their unique requirements. Then provide quick resolution to what is most critical.  It is amazing how fast they can provide value to their customers, not just for the investment in their services, but also to transform each clients Netsuite environment into a valuable assent as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Celerity Accounting could have done differently?

Celerity has always impressed me with their responsivenss and communication.

We have had a number of interactions where we needed to pull in the Celerity team to support on Quickbooks bookeeping services. So we bring them in every opportunity we can find.

We were finally able to find competent bookkeepers for Quickbooks and NetSuite which is a rare talent to come across in that combo.

They have a main point of contact and then deliver a project with specific initial clean up goals. Then they transition into a maintenance mode for making sure all the transactions are matched correctly on the general ledger for end of month closing.

They speak very clearly, making it easy to understand exactly what they will be doing and what they need from me. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something Celerity Accounting could have done differently?

I wish they could do more software solutions for bookkeeping services. As far as I know, they mostly do just Quickbooks and NetSuite.
