We needed help programming an online portal for our patients to manage appointments and connect to a practice management system via API. During the collaboration, the scope of the project expanded and we decided to develop the practice management software ourselves as well.

The team has built the platform from scratch, including database architecture, cybersecurity, and a large set of functionalities in an efficient, scalable, and secure manner. cc.systems GmbH has laid the foundation for our project and made a valuable contribution over several months in close and trusting cooperation with our in-house developers. The team has programmed the platform efficiently and pragmatically with great foresight and consideration of the time factor while maintaining a very high level of quality. cc.systems GmbH has consolidated processes into a single system and partially automated them. The team has also created an API interface that helps us efficiently manage our practices throughout Germany from a central location. Thanks to the new software, over 200 employees are working faster and with greater satisfaction.

How did cc.systems GmbH perform from a project management standpoint?

cc.systems GmbH's project manager has initially dealt with a great degree of uncertainty and many variables but has been able to provide a reliable rough estimate of the effort involved. When delays have occurred, they've always been justified, and additional costs have never been billed as a surprise but only after approval. We communicated with cc.systems mainly via virtual meetings, emails and messaging apps but occasionally also met in person for the kick-off and workshops.

What did you find most impressive about them?

cc.systems knowledge base is very broad, and the team can quickly work out solutions to all open questions. We've received competent advice and excellent support throughout the project. The developers have worked outstandingly well hand-in-hand with our in-house developers, and the fact that the team was divided between internal and external members has completely faded into the background in everyday work.The employees are not only talented but also very sympathetic, which made working with them a great pleasure.

I can't think of anything for cc.systems GmbH to improve.
