Lucas was tasked with modernizing our CRM as we had HubSpot for many years but no one had ever configured or maintained it. He began with a diagnostic phase where he collaboratively defined who ADMET is, what our value prop is, what segments of customers we serve, and how we sell. Then, he designed a model of HubSpot properties to help us track Contacts/Companies/Deals effectively. Then, he worked with us to refine it and make it a

• An tailored configuration of our HubSpot environment for our business
• A set of trainings for our sales and marketing team on how to use it efficiently
• A set of video certifications which can be accessed any time
• A custom AI agent who is read up on our business and can support sales tasks

• Complete reconfiguration of HubSpot, tailored for us as central platform for contact tracking
• 100% of sales team now using HubSpot

We used BaseCamp to collaborate. They set a realistic timeline at the start, assigned tasks weekly, and completed all tasks on time

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Initially chose Orange Pegs because they were a good cost and it was apparent that they tried to understand our business far more than any other agency had. During the project, we got personalized service, awareness of our needs, and sales methodology that were applied intelligently to our circumstances.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Catalyst could have done differently?

Project management software BaseCamp was a little difficult to figure out at times. I would recommend simplifying the tech stack if possible.

I needed to build a clear marketing plan and action plan for my business and I was getting stuck and overwhelmed with all of the options. I tried AI tools but nothing was working and I needed an expert to guide me through how to use the tools to be more efficient.
