Project Overview
We partnered with Cascadian Software to enhance clinician efficiency, streamline operations, and improve patient care through automation and system integrations. By addressing key operational challenges—including manual workflows, inefficient patient onboarding, and limited data access—this initiative optimized clinician workflows, improved engagement, and strengthened technology infrastructure.

Scope of Work
1. Workflow Automation & Process Optimization
- Automate routine administrative tasks, including patient care plan management, Fitbit data syncing, and outreach tracking.
- Reduce manual work for clinicians to increase time spent on direct patient care.

2. Patient Engagement & Onboarding Enhancements
- Implement automated communication workflows (email/SMS reminders) to improve engagement and adherence.
- Optimize patient onboarding to ensure a seamless enrollment process.

3. Real-Time Data Accessibility & Reporting
- Develop automated reporting tools to provide clinicians with instant insights into patient progress.
- Enhance data access and usability to support timely, informed decision-making.

4. System Integration & Platform Improvements
- Enhance the patient portal for improved scheduling, exercise tracking, and access to educational resources.

Their communication was excellent. Their project management ensured deliverables and schedules were known to all participants. We setup a Slack integration, so that real time collaboration could occur. Online meetings were utilized for more complex issues.

I would like to have a better way of tracking the budget and hours spent progress.
