We received the deliverables so that we could start going live. We needed to like the designs, and the deliverables needed to be practical, appealing, and simple. Our internal team loved the new branding materials.

It helps establish a stronger personal relationship than relying too heavily on emails and text messages. However, many clients may not want that at all. Therefore, giving clients an option may be a good way to go.

It all started with user research and competitive analysis to set the design strategy by Capi Creative. They interviewed stakeholders and produced user personas, journey maps and wireframes of the core banking flows. These became high-fidelity prototypes of mobile and desktop environments. 
They also created an interactive prototype to test with usability testing and provided us with a detailed style guide of UI and a library of components that our in-house dev team can work with. A final UX audit with post-launch optimization ideas was also inculcated in the project.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

According to the feedback gathered after the launch, we observed a great increase in customer satisfaction. The support tickets due to either navigation or transaction errors were reduced significantly. We also saw that users were completing critical tasks (like making direct deposits and applying loans) quicker and in fewer steps.

The project management was good. Their process was guided by a set of sprints, they checked in with us weekly, and their transparency and collaboration tools of choice were Figma and Notion. The work involved the entire redesign of our corporate web site starting with the scratch. That covered preliminary discovery and strategizing, development of wireframes and design mockups, and complete execution of responsive web pages. 
Capi Creative additionally developed the site to be SEO-friendly and incorporated CRM lead forms, as well as made it ADA compliant. They have created a bespoke iconography and paid attention to detail to match the visual style with our brand guidelines to achieve a professional look and feel on all pages.

They made sure the visuals and the content were in line with our brand and with the rules set by the financial industry. Important items were wireframes, detailed design mockups, a working website, and guidelines for making future changes.

Once we launched, we noticed that many more users were reaching out using our contact forms, while bounce rates decreased a lot. There was a lot to be done in this field. During the discovery phase, Capi Creative spoke to stakeholders, charted out how people use the service and carefully checked the competition. At the design stage, designers made a unique custom system, built a mobile-friendly user interface and covered accessibility standards. For the development phase, we used React.js to completely rebuild the front end, made the back end more robust while keeping it secure with API connections to our EHR and scheduling solutions and introduced a custom management system that made it simple for us to change content. The project also made sure that the patient data was handled with encryption, users were authenticated securely and forms were sent without risk. The team at Capi Creative made sure the new site performed well, was ready to appear in searches and trained the client before delivering a complete documentation guide. The main items delivered were a new website, appointment scheduling online and over telehealth, security for patient data and tools for keeping track of how the platform performs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The findings were significant and easily measured. There was a 70 percent increase in how quickly our website pages load. Traffic visiting booking Apps on mobile devices increased by 45 percent and more people made online appointments by a 62 percent rate. There was a 15 percent decline in calls to our contact center, thanks to better how our users interact with our website and new methods that allow them to handle certain issues on their own. It was proven that, out of all areas measured, the new platform had the largest impact, as shown in a 38 percent increase in scores from our patient surveys.

Major items delivered were persona research, journey mapping, A/B tests and designs that focused on mobile users first.

After just three months, the site’s redesign resulted in a rise in conversion rates by 27% and a fall in bounce rates by 35%. Users stayed online longer and mobile purchases grew by about 40%, proving the new design made it much easier to use the app. Views from customers on the new interface have often been positive.

First, we familiarized them with our existing UI and reviewed our list of wants and desires that we collected over the years. We specified functionalities that we were looking for, and they came up with the designs. They also conducted user interviews to get feedback from our clients. 

After that, Capi Creative created UX wireframe designs in Figma. They combined functionalities in different ways and simplified workflows. Their team conducted further rounds of user interviews for the new designs. They’ve done that several times for the design’s various iterations. 

The first thing we worked on was our scheduling module, which was used for scheduling classes, individual personal trainer sessions, and similar things. We also worked on our CRM system, which included consolidating text, email, and phone conversations. Additionally, they designed our drip campaigns.

Capi Creative is providing maintenance to their designs. They’re implementing design changes as we receive internal feedback about our software.

We’ve been getting positive feedback from our customer base everyone has been excited about the new designs and like what they’re seeing. 

The designs are nice, clean, and innovative; they have modernized the interaction with the enduser. I’m 100% satisfied with their work, and they’ve exceeded expectations.
