Whenever I needed something, they were responsive and on the ball. Their communication was clear and consistent, which made working with them a breeze. If I had a question or needed an update on the status of a deliverable, they were always quick to respond and keep me in the loop.

Overall, I felt like they were really invested in our project's success. They were proactive about addressing any issues that came up and were always looking for ways to improve the campaign's performance. It was reassuring to know that they had our back every step of the way.

There were 12 product videos and photo sets produced for a brand launching a series of new card games, as well as an additional brand video, showcasing all the products. Teaming up with Canopy, we've developed original scripts, cast about 20 actors and filmed on multiple locations. 

The Canopy Management team was great at providing guidance in regards to production and post-production and did an exceptional job with client-side management.

They have been able to lower my "spend" on advertising while increasing the number of sales in the two months we have been working together. This is exactly what I couldn't do on my own!

Mike and team are consistently delivering on time and responsive to my neds. Even my "dumb" questions are responded to immediately. Even if they don't have the immediate answer they acknowledge my email right away and let me know that they will get back with the answer.

The only issue they have run into was trying to create one product listing out of two separate ones in my inventory. However, it was the same issue I ran into prior to engaging Canopy Management and I was very grateful to have them attempt to fix it. This reassured that the issue wasn't me. The team goes above and beyond.

Customer service is above par. Mike is so personable and will stop Serge if he feels that I may not be fully understanding the information being communicated during our weekly meetings. I actually believe the team wants to help me succeed and they do everything they can to help me achieve success. 

When the account did not do well during one week I feel like they are disappointed also. It has been a rough year financially nationwide, but the team is doing everything it can to help increase sales and grow brand recognition.

Nothing. I truly believe they are taking the steps needed to grow sales and brand awareness.
