We hired Canopy because we heard they were the best. We wanted them to fix up our Amazon account and update our listings to ensure max results. They have done wonders thus far.

We heard they were the best, simple as that. They have proved to us too that they are indeed great at what they do. Everything from page improvements to constant communication.

We have had many meetings, including weekly ones, where we discuss what is needed to grow DSP and other things inside our business.

There is always a full team present during calls, such as our account manager and his entire team. Joey, Selcuk, Josh, etc. Great team!

Since taking over for another group, Canopy has done wonders for us. They have already showed major signs of improvements to our account and getting the #s to where we want them to be in order to continue to grow.

Very, very organized always and very open to any forms of communication and feedback. If we need them to change up search terms then they do it, if we need them to increase spend, they do it. They have done everything needed and asked of them.

We are amazed by their willingness and communication. They are always willing to go above and beyond what is needed and asked of them.

Not that I can think of. 5 Stars all the way around!

We have worked with a number of other agencies in the past. Initially heard the founder laying out some strategies on Clubhouse and thought it might be a good fit. Reached out to their sales team and decided eventually to work with Canopy.

Canopy manages our daily PPC spend on Amazon, also helps with strategy, listing reviews, coupons/promotions, and any issues that we might run into on Amazon. More recently they have been deploying strategies for OFF Amazon traffic to AMazon.

Sales team at first, and then we had 3 different account managers who run our daily PPC. We also have a project manager.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

CANOPY Management has been exceptional in the delivery. They really seem to care about shared success and they have been easy to work with. There was a short period of time where an account manager was unreliable and almost resulted in us abandoning Canopy for PPC Services, but we worked out a new solution and they have been performing at a high level since.

Great communicators (now, there had been some issues previously but they were quick to work them out) great reporting/

The strategies employed have worked. Hard to associate our success on Amazon 100% to Canopy, but they have definitely played a big role.

We have been impressed with the depth of detail since our interview with Canopy. They look at our entire selling layout and project sales and growth based on patterns they see. They have an integral team that functions well together to not miss any pieces in the detail. They are focused on improving our advertising and growing our organic sales but are also helping to better manage the entire Amazon selling system.

We have an amazing team comprised of a listing specialist, an advertising specialist, and inventory specialist, a customer communication specialist, and a lead who ties this all together.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been with Canopy for a short time and have already seen growth in sales and positive results from clean-up in areas we were not proficient in. Over the past week we saw a 301% increase in organic sales.

We work seamlessly; response time is fast and we always get an answer. We really enjoy not only the expertise but the personalities of or team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We feel passion and enthusiasm from each member of our team. They feel like part of our business and not merely a contracted service. They are interested in knowing our products and finding out how they will sell best.

Canopy helped us get new products listed on Amazon as well as manage current listings - all with the goal in mind of having another organic revenue stream. The plan is to grow our PPC and overtime our organic sales as well, on Amazon. We hired them for their full service option, where they manage our listings, ads, do reporting, help with any suppressed listings on Amazon, etc. And they are phenomenal at it!

From the beginning they helped list all new products we wanted on Amazon, which required everything from producing creative, copy, going back and forth with us with our legal reviewing listing for compliance, then running ads on these new listings as well as a few we already had running, providing weekly updated reporting to help us know what inventory to send in, how sales did each week, where we're doing well such as keywords and products leading the way in sales.

Canopy also offered insight into boosting sales on the lower performing products, implemented ad strategies to ensure continued growth, worked quickly and very efficiently with us when Amazon suppressed any listings to help ensure they we are running smoothly. Again, the do a stellar job with all of these aspects.

What was the team composition?

We have weekly calls with our own personal account specialist, ads director, those helping with creative, reporting, etc. We have a channel of open communication where we can ask anything and they are ON TOP OF IT!!! I always feel like we're Canopy's only client because of how well they take care of us.

Our PPC revenue was 30% over last month. We have over doubled our growth since this time last year. We just broke 100k/mo on Amazon this month due to all of their hard work. Every week for the last 4 weeks I've gotten to relay to our leadership within the company that we've had yet another "best sales week yet on Amazon".

Flawless. Like I mentioned above, they take such great care of us, are always advocating for us, and are so efficient we feel like we're they're only client - even though we know they're quite popular ;)

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Canopy is one of those companies that shows up to the plate with an impressive team and a strong pitch. What they offer sounds really good. But they are the opposite of a smoke and mirrors company that sells a big promise and doesn't deliver. Canopy has delivered in results (again we just surpassed our 100k/mo mark and keep passing our best sales records each week), as well as how they show up each week.

I actually can't find anything wrong at all in working with them. They are just impressive in every aspect, from the overall achievement of goals to excellent communication, to making us feel special and like we're their only client... to ensuring we understand all of the progress along the way. They're just a stellar team and we couldn't love working with them more.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

Honestly if there was, they'd be on top of solving it. They're so open to feedback, and aren't just the type that say they're willing to grow. They want to hear your feedback and then they implement. They're a machine in how they work together as a team, with the goal of always ensuring we're happy. And they have very much succeeded.

CANOPY has provided effective marketing services — my business is a lot more profitable now. I’ve gotten many more qualified buyers through my Amazon listings. My marketing ROI wasn’t good before the engagement, and the CANOPY team has since improved that particular metric. 

How did CANOPY Management perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is fantastic — the CANOPY team is communicative and keeps me updated with their progress. As a result, I always know exactly where the team is in the process. Furthermore, if I have any questions, I could call them on the phone, and they’d give me a clear answer right away. We also have biweekly meetings on Zoom. Overall, I’m super happy with the team.

What sets CANOPY apart is its ability to improve metrics at a quick turnaround time. Not only that, but the team has actually been able to provide the results they’ve promised us. I’ve never felt that way with other agencies I previously worked with. CANOPY is a company with a lot of integrity.
