We engage engaged with Callstack Labs to build a modern, customized landing page optimized for new user acquisition. The project involved digital design, web design, domain registration and hosting, the creation of visual assets, like logos, images, and animations. additionally it included integration with analytics platforms.

Callstack Labs most impressive attribute is their ability to deliver on a wide range of services. Callstack Labs' value is in their ability to span the range of excellent deliverables while also helping to steer the strategic direction.

Callstack Labs met or exceed all expectations, with no areas lacking. I fully, wholeheartedly, and without reservation, recommend Callstack Labs. I have worked with them and their founder extensively, and I am continually impressed with their work ethic, determination, technical expertise, and strategic vision. We needed a lot of work when it came to the SEO for our website and work being needed for forms, design, and website functionality. Website underwent a complete recontrcution and all elements needed to be changed.

Increases in efficiency, speed, or accuracy

Since the redesign, our average time on site has increased by 35%, and bounce rates dropped noticeably

Page load speed improved from 5 seconds to under 2 seconds, which has made a huge difference.

Mobile traffic now converts at nearly the same rate as desktop thanks to the responsive design.

Yes they were very responsive and felt like we were working with friends available when I needed him. What challenge were you trying to address with Callstack Labs?

We required a customer-facing portal to track loan progress, an internal dashboard for borrower management, and seamless integration with ZoCRM.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The solution was to extend the existing Dockerized Node.js backend to meet these requirements by building a borrower portal, a management dashboard, and a dedicated staging environment for testing new features ensuring production stability and minimizing the risk of data corruption.
