We hired Digital Six to take care of the Google marketing with the aim to generate qualified leads to help grow our business. Our aim was to achieve qualified leads for $80 per lead average. The not only achieved that, but our CPL came down to an average of $53 per lead

We heard of them through a recommendation. We contacted about a dozen companies, and the professionalism, knowledge and responsiveness of Digital Six was far greater than others. Which gave me the confidence to let them handle my accounts, knowing if I had any questions I could get onto them in a timely manner.

We had a detailed onboarding call outlining the core of the business. The CPA that would work, as well as the lifecycle and the life value of the client. We went through a full competitor analysis so the team can have all the relevant information to start creating campaigns

We had the 1 account manager, and still work with the same person till this day. Her name is Karen.

We have geenrated approximately 27 new pieces of business from Digital Six Campaigns, bringing in $216,000 in revenue for the business. Our spend has only been $5129. Our Cost per lead is $53. Which is much lower than the expected $80 per lead

We keep access to the Google account, meaning if we were to leave we still keep all the data. Karen calls once a month to run through whats happened, and if I ever have any questions we can book a time and jump on a call within a 24 hours window. Usually the same day within a couple of hours. Everything was up and running within a week. I can constantly see campaigns getting changed and optimized to ensure our budget is being used efficiently.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that when a problem arrises that is particular to our current market. Karen proactively got in contact with us, to talk through some new angles to keep the leads coming through.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, no. We speak to Digital Six briefly once a month. We get the leads coming through and concentrate on growing our business on a daily basis, while Digital Six handle the marketing to ensure people can find us online.

We were looking to grow our brand nationally and be recognised as the go to transport and logistics provider in Darwin. We required a digital marketing strategy to help us get there and boost our enquiries.

I had worked with Paige at a previous company and when she left there, I tracked her down through LinkedIn to find out where she had gone and moved over to Digital Six.

Working with Paige previously, she already had a great understanding of what we required here. It is not the "sexiest" service to sell but she has worked really hard in putting together a whole digital marketing campaign which has increased our enquiries and sales weekly. Our conversion rate continues to go up monthly even in the wet season when reguarly job numbers are down.

We only work with our account manager Paige at my request however I am aware that there are a number of other knowledgable staff members at Digital Six.

We have gained a number of new clients through our google ads - Paige has done an A++ job on our google ads. Since Paige has taken over our account our enquiries have gone through the roof and we are getting up to 20 new enquiries a week as opposed to maybe 3-5 previously.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have a monthly catch up to discuss how the strategies are working and if we want anything tweeked. We also run through our conversions and adjust the budget as we need to. Paige has been amazing in working within a budget that sometimes would be difficult for her to get results from but somehow still manages to!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were a one-stop shop for all our digital marketing needs. Google Ads, SEO, Website design, Facebook ads etc. They can literally do anything that we need them to.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Nothing at all! I really rely on their expertise and Paige has just been an absolute delight to work with. She is always willing to help me understand new concepts and improve my knowledge in the digital marketing space.

This company almost ran us into the ground. They cold called us several times until we agreed to proceed with them as the salesman on the phone sold us the world & failed to deliver. Being a plumber in Australia is extremely competitive especially when it comes to google ads & digital marketing. We thought we'd trial these guys out.

We had set a budget for 3 months expecting some sort of return. Within 3 weeks these guys blew our budget out costing us almost $5000 in ad spend and their fees. They were using keywords such as "drain cleaner bunnings" and advertising in suburbs we don't work in. The first account manager was barely in so it was difficult to get in touch until we got allocated to a new manager who was good to deal with but couldn't fix the problem.

The previous marketing company we were using cost us $8000 in 12 months with good results, the reason we jumped ship was because Digital Six promised us incredible results yet failed. This was a couple of months ago and we're still feeling the effects of their incompetence, extremely frustrating.
