I’m the owner of Jiffi Maids, a house cleaning referral agency. We refer house cleaners to clients.

What challenge were you trying to address with Call Cici?

We were looking for a virtual receptionist that is available to answer calls at all times.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Call Cici provides virtual receptionist services from Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. They have an onboarding process where we fill out a form to help them get to know our business. They’ll have a follow-up call so they can delve into what we like and don’t like and how we want them to answer the phone calls. Call CiCi provides updates after each call and sends us an email notification regarding the call.
   
What is the team composition?

I work with one team member from Call Cici, but there are multiple people answering the calls.

How did you come to work with Call Cici?

A friend of mine who was using Call Cici’s services recommended them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $700.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Call Cici in May 2020 and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Overall, they’ve increased our business and we’ve grown every single month since working with them. 

How did Call Cici perform from a project management standpoint?

I’ve been working with Call Cici for the past seven or eight months and they pick up on every little change that I send their way. They update our profile and take calls accordingly. Basically, they’ve got to know our business as we go along and they’re improving each month. They’ve been good from the start and it has only gotten better.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Call Cici’s quick response times are impressive. Whenever I send them an email to get something done, I usually get a response within 15–20 minutes. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. They’re great. I’ve been working with them for a couple of months now and they’ve only improved.
