I’m the director of operations at Expo Tracker LLC. We provide online and onsite systems and services for conventions and trade shows.

We hired Calesco Media for photography and video services.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Calesco Media photographed and videoed two conferences. They captured every aspect of the week-long events and created videos for some of our top exhibiting companies. The team documented specific receptions, the registration process, different graphics we had on display, and the exhibit hall session rooms.

Calesco Media has also made videos of our products and services. They’ve hired local actors for the videos. They continue to photograph and video our annual event in October. The team oversees video production from beginning to end.

My main contact is Cameron (Owner, Calesco Media). He occasionally brings on 2–3 assistants, depending on our needs for the specific event.

We began working with them in October 2012, and the partnership is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We use their photographs in all of our marketing materials for events. My company plans to have them produce more videos showcasing some of our newer offerings. We’re very pleased with their work and quick turnaround times.

How did Calesco Media perform from a project management standpoint?

Everything has gone smoothly. We communicate via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
