After a candidate agrees to share their info, the data is displayed on the recruiter dashboard, and the candidate automatically gets paid from a secured Fireblocks wallet infrastructure.

Consistent updates on the progress of the app and the eventual release of the products to the market. The ability for everything to work, 'real time' is also a key part of our success.

Given the technical complexity of the solution, there were delays, but Wolfpack did a good job communicating the progress and need to us and mostly staying around the budgets we had expected.

Maybe they could educate people upfront by warning them that most people spend more because they want to add features they didn’t think of before, not because the estimations are wrong. They could keep that in mind.

Initially the development was setup in stages with new features from the original pitch being added during each stage. Afterwards, the app went through a series of bug fixes and tweaks until it was ready for deployment.

Our web application was up and running in the blink of an eye with all the stability and security we could ever wish for, they knew exactly what we needed within our budget and they supplied it without fuss.

Most of the work we do involves partnering a certified classroom teacher and a professional teaching artists to collaboratively plan what is called Arts Integrated lessons. These lessons combine teaching content in a traditional subject area (math, reading, science etc.) with a specific artistic discipline (theatre, music, dance, visual art etc.). This model of co-planning and co-teaching is shown by research to be perhaps the most effective method of teaching.
