Token Minds were engaged to increase our social media presence and build our community for our token launch. This involved engaging with influencers, organising PR articles and AMAs. They were doing this to ensure best bang for buck to ensure our ROI was best spent for a cash strapped Australian startup.

The scope included developing a comprehensive marketing strategy for our MoonCat Token ecosystem, which features staking functionality, token sales with Pyth price feed integration, and our upcoming AI-powered governance system. Token Minds needed to understand our complex technical offering and translate it into accessible messaging for potential investors and community members.

Key deliverables included:

• Establishing and growing our presence across multiple social platforms
• Creating and executing influencer partnerships to expand reach
• Coordinating PR coverage and media placements
• Organising and facilitating community AMAs (Ask Me Anything sessions)

Our X (formerly Twitter) followers have grown significantly from 1,000 to 2,500, representing a 150% increase since Token Minds began managing our social media presence. Our Discord community has doubled in size, creating a more robust platform for community engagement and support. Most importantly, we've seen genuine engagement across both platforms with meaningful discussions about our token features, staking options, and upcoming governance system, rather than just vanity metrics.

The quality of engagement has been particularly notable, with community members actively participating in discussions, asking technical questions about our smart contracts and security features, and showing interest in our unique offerings like the dual staking periods (7-day and 1-year options) and our multi-signature security architecture. This authentic engagement has created a solid foundation for our token sale launch, with an AMA scheduled for next week to further boost community involvement.

Token Minds also successfully secured PR placements that highlighted our CertiK audit completion and our innovative approach to decentralised governance. These articles helped establish credibility within the crypto community.

The marketing efforts directly contributed to building trust in our project, which is crucial given our complex security structure with Gnosis Safe wallets and 48-hour timelocks.
