While there were some minor delays during the project, due to the situation that is happening in Ukraine nowadays, they were able to meet the project deadlines and deliver on time. We have seen improvements site wide with Google Search Console. We have increased sales YOY in a turbulent economic times without spending more money on marketing. Increase customers return rate by 25% and Conversion up across the site with 31% increase.

We needed an e-commerce specialist that would make the proper strategy, suggestions, and then executed on that strategy. Our goals were to create a beautiful and fast site that would reflect our brand values and serve our customers.

First we had a scoping call in which the team listened to our brand values and needs. Then the Bystrov team suggested a technology for us to use (Shopify Plus) and we agreed. The Bystrov team then did a planning session with us to explain when we can expect certain milestones and deliverables. The first part of the project was design.

The team created an amazing from scratch design for us using their proprietary design system. We loved it! After design was approved we went to development. The Bystrov team created a custom Shopify theme for us and showed us progress every 2 weeks in sprints. Once the theme was completed they helped us set up all our analytics and tracking and did all the neccessary speed and ADA optimizations. They provided us with reports showing this work
