We entrsuted Byer with a brand redesign, a site update/redesign and logo development for the public site. We also entrusted Byer with developing from scratch an intranet for our over 300 partners around the world. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

It was (and always is with Byer) a collaborative process. We had regular video check ins as well as fluid email communications. It worked well for our needs as we had several parties reviewing and sharing input and feedback. A fluid and easy process.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Byer did deliver on time. If there were any delays, they were on my team's shoulders. The Byer team went above and beyond.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The Byer team gets along quite well internally. That takes stress and additional burden off of us a the client. If something needs to be resolved, they tackle amongst themselves and come back with solutions. And they communicate well with us and are flexible with their schedules.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Byer Company could have done differently?

I don't think so.
