Buzz Dealer did keyword research that was special to each country's market to learn about local search terms and platform preferences. They came up with keyword strategies that were special to each market, made sure that the on page SEO was optimized for multiple languages and formed partnerships to get local coverage. 

Regional keyword research files, technical optimization reports and confirmed local media placements were some of the most important things that were delivered.

Buzz Dealer always delivers on time and to a good standard. As always, there maybe be changes to make and targetted regions, but as soon as informed BD immediately listens and act. Therefore can't ask for more. Their comms is very good, and will always get back to you within hour(s) of your messaging.

After they gave me a projection, including time span, estimated costs and desired outcomes, we started our first month of work together, to see if there is chemistry. The work was spanned across Facebook and Instagram, through different types of campaigns and ads. From that, we just continued on for two years, since the results were quite satisfactory overall.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Each campaign we created over these two years presented different numbers, so it would be a problem to give an overall measurement, but I can definitely say that they worked. The number of people who approached me through social media and WhatsApp (most of my CTAs were WhatsApp-oriented) grew significantly. The most important part, though, is that the CPA was substantially better when compared to running campaigns on my own.

I don’t want to go too much into detail, since we ourselves perform digital marketing services for our clients. I can tell you that the plan that Buzz Dealer carried out for us included several, overlapping steps: Analysis, content creation and publishing, technical work and monitoring. The work was conducted in a cycle, meaning that the monitoring is constant and frequent, to see if, when and how more work is necessary.

In short, we got what we came for. We became more “known” throughout our target audience (managers and owners of dental clinics). We were also able to amplify the wide range of b2b services that we provide, and while we can’t measure how much of that is thanks to the online reputation management project, I can tell you that we’ve been receiving a lot of positive feedback from the businesses that we are working with on the marketing side.

What I really like about how they work is that they are not “official” or “bureaucratic”. You always have someone to talk to, present specific issues and get specific solutions for them, and even suggest changes - they are always willing to hear. While some business owners may not feel so comfortable with this style of work, I as an entrepreneur feel that it is the best way to get to the client’s heart.

Buzz Dealer has one clear advantage over many other companies who provide digital PR, and that is diversity. They can tailor a plan specifically for your needs, target audience, budget, timeline, etc. There is no “one way” to do things for online awareness, and Buzz Dealer knows how to take a bit of everything and mix it into an interesting and effective combination.

At first, back in 2009, we started with the basics; traditional SEO and content creation, and we’ve stuck to that as the base to our strategy to this day. Along the way, we’ve picked up and let go of other variables relevant to online awareness, according to our needs, such as website content, article translation, online campaigning and more.

We never discussed numbers with them, because Buzz Dealer won’t promise something they can’t fulfill exactly. In other words, they won’t tell you that they will raise a campaign on Facebook that will get you 3000 likes, because they know that is not something anyone can commit to. They are very straightforward in that sense.

Since we’ve been working with Buzz Dealer for so long (and I believe we might even be one of their first big customers), that has changed over time. At first, we were in touch with three employees; the CEO, VP and SEO manager. Over time, we witnessed Buzz Dealer grow and expand, and subsequently more people were in contact with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Once again, it is hard to talk about numbers. I can say that our online presence now is much more dominant, and that we’ve overall achieved our goal of scaling up. Today we are one of the most well-known names in the work safety sector in Israel, and we manage to maintain that position mainly thanks to our presence online.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The key word here is dynamicity. The internet of 2009 is nothing like the internet today, and the trick is to know how to adapt accordingly. In general, I didn’t care too much about the small details and the specific numbers, as long as the work was done and the leads were coming in.

In terms of communication, I can say that this was never a problem all along the way. I have Uri (the CEO’s) phone number and I talk to him directly whenever I need something or have a question.

Their constant need to study and learn the market, for sure. They are very adaptive, and we all know how fast the internet changes.

Since our work is versatile, we pretty much have had the chance to work with all of their different departments. I believe that they currently hire 15 employees and I personally have worked shoulder to shoulder with almost all of them.

Basically, I can’t give you numbers or indexes because we don’t have a permanent work flow with Buzz Dealer, but I can tell you that whenever I come to them with an issue, no matter what the issue is, they find the right digital solution or means for it. No question about that.

I don’t think I have much to add here. I search for results. I never go into their process since I get my results. I don’t know how they run their business, I just know that it works for them.

This is the best part about them - they are very dynamic and out-of-the-box thinkers. I don’t have to set up an appointment or wait to get a price quota or anything like that. I approach them with a request or a project, and they go at it full force. Sometimes it takes them a few days, sometimes a few months, but they always find a way to put the pieces of the puzzle together in order to provide the results they promise. Oh, and they never promise more than what they can achieve.

Nothing comes to mind, actually. They are good at what they do.

This is in addition to the regular monitoring of PPC and SEM campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.

After a few months of non-organic social media and search engine work, we were able to see a boost in our visibility, which naturally translated to additional potential clientele. The fact that Buzz Dealer helped us with the process of turning leads to customers was a great help in increasing our base.

The most important thing that I can say about them is that they are professionals. They know what they are doing. Before we started working with them, we were presented with a list of goals, possible means of achieving them and a chart of SWATs. They delivered on their promises from day one.

I would say their flexibility and ability to be dynamic in response to changing circumstances are impressive. Most of all, I felt that other companies would have sometimes used opportunities to ask for more money for the service, but I did not get this type of treatment from Buzz Dealer
