We needed to work with a team that had a strong background in software architecture , software development, data analytics and excellent UI/UX. We needed to build a custom application where we could build layer after layer of a quality decision engine for household bills.

We have now built the world's first super structured aggregator and plan to start rolling out our solution into a number of countries this year. Our goal was to develop the world's #1 decision engine for household bills, where we could crowd source where similar members were finding their best value.

From the first call we found the team very experienced and knowledgeable of their domain. We asked an experienced CTO to conduct a number of interviews & research on the company prior to working with them and he highly recommended us to work with them.

We have never looked back and continue work with Busy Rebel. The great thing about the company is not only do they have a quality mix of commercial and technical acumen but they are also a passionate team , who care about their work and of delivering work with high standards.

1. Requirement gathering. Strategy, SWOT analyses, helped defining most optimal and efficient roadmap to align with product objectives, and translated it to detailed project specification.
2. Solution design. based on the requirements the solution architecture, which includes the technologies and tools to be used for development, the application’s overall design, and the integration of different systems and platforms. Including UX prototyping, challenging market fit, A/B testing, generating consumer profile.
3. Development. following golden standards Busy Rebel has provided excellent code quality, delivering complex solutions, managing distributed and highload systems, building databases, testing, debugging.
4. The deployment phase was seamless, and the application was made available for use quickly and without any issues. The maintenance and support phase was ongoing and provided peace of mind, knowing that any issues would be quickly resolved.
5. The deliverables were top-notch, including the software application itself, well-written documentation, and training to ensure that I knew how to use the software effectively. The source code was well-organized and maintainable, and the deployment environment was set up for ease of maintenance.

We ran two public campaigns that enabled the public to vote for the best businesses for broadband and taxi insurance and we were delighted with the results and UX.

Busy Rebel had to build a desktop and mobile solution where users could search businesses , vote for them, verify their accounts and create a leaderboard of the top performing businesses.

The project management style was structured, scheduled, business like and effective. Our team operate remotely and we are extremely happy with are relationship with the Busy Rebel team and their professionalism. We use slack to communicate.

From my experience it is hard to find a team who have both excellent technical and commercial skills. Busy Rebel have never let us down and that's why we continue to work with them. The most important criteria we have as a team is creating & maintaining high standards and Busy Rebel has this in spades.
