Business Theory designed and developed JLU Services’ official website, www.inspector.miami, to strengthen its digital presence across South Florida. The project included responsive web design, SEO optimization, content strategy, and full brand integration for the company’s inspection and environmental testing services. The result was a clean, professional site that improved visibility, lead generation, and user experience while showcasing JLU Services’ credibility and expertise.

The Business Theory created a landing page for us, which actually brought people in. They also linked our social media channels on the site.

I initially told them what I wanted and Natalie (Agency Owner) worked to put my thoughts on the website. 

They’ve developed the website from scratch. Its purpose is to give information about us to our clients. Oftentimes, customers call us with some questions. The website serves as a reference for them to look at so they can find answers to their questions. On the website, they can see our services, pricing, and geographical area. 

The site also has a Book Now button, which in turn sends me an email. I can then either email them or call them back.

I’ve only worked with Natalie. She’s my sole point of contact.

Natalie made a website for a colleague of mine. I checked the site and loved it, so I hired her to create ours.

They’re thorough; instead of creating a basic website, they’ve gone above and beyond. It’s completely greater than what I thought it would be. I’m truly impressed by that.

As president of this firm our company is very particular of who we select to do business with . Looking at other website that the business theory has done for other organizations has really impressed my staff on how well and the communication levels have impressed us tremendously.

Of course in the event of the launch of our new and improved website we saw a dramatic 50%increase in calls and not even close to the revenue we were doing before , it had been a dramatic change in revenue.

We were dramatically impress with the management style and how they performed there time management skill in getting back to us , by any detail from pictures of buildings or restaurants used in the website to our satisfaction

We found that time is always against us in the world that we live, but The Business Theory knew how to respond very quickly and in a very professional manner.

I am the creative director at MPE Events Group, a wedding planning and corporate events company in Florida. I am in charge of all creative assets, including social media content creation.

We were looking for a company to assist with SEO, PPC, and digital marketing efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our engagement with The Business Theory first began with SEO optimization efforts. Their team looked into our website, saw what aspects we lacked, and presented us with exactly what we needed to change. 

We provided them with our branding and visual components to incorporate into the website. They then completely redesigned and restructured it to make it stand out from our competitors and be more SEO-friendly. When The Business Theory rebuilt our website, they ensured it was ADA compliant. Their team also ensured that our load time was very low, our images sizes weren’t too big, and our website was accessible on mobile and the web. The Business Theory team also integrated a contact form linked directly to our CRM. 

Now, The Business Theory assists with our digital marketing. They set social media posting schedules and post visual content on our social media, including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Pinterest. Next year, we’ll look into Facebook advertising, but first, we’re focusing on posting consistent content.

We reached out to them through their website and set up an initial meeting. Nat was very prepared in that initial meeting; she had already looked into our social media presence, upper management, and what we needed to optimize our website.

We’ve invested about $1,500 with The Business Theory so far; Nat has adjusted the overall price because we don’t utilize all of her services.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

My company has grown a lot just by word of mouth and has a lot of views online, and our social media posting is becoming more consistent. However, we’re trying to grow very gradually so we can still handle the workload coming in from The Business Theory’s efforts. 

Overall, our website traffic has increased — we’ve gotten a lot more engagement via the contact form on our website that goes to our CRM. The Business Theory has exceeded my expectations — I’d say they’ve impacted our business 75%. 

How did The Business Theory perform from a project management standpoint?

Nat gives us 100% — she fits our budget and meets our deadlines. In terms of file sharing, we upload our images to a shared folder in DropBox so that The Business Theory can access them. 

We have Zoom and limited in-person meetings and utilize WhatsApp to regularly communicate — that is how Nat reminds us what she needs from us and reminds us about deadlines. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The communication that The Business Theory has with their clients is extraordinary. They are always prepared and answer questions quickly and in-depth. Their customer service is excellent — we always feel like we’re on the same page with them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything significant for them to improve. Their file upload system could be better since not everyone uses DropBox, and DropBox’s storage is relatively limited.

Customers need to ensure that they give The Business Theory all the content they need. However, The Business Theory is also really good at following up on what they need, but customers need to be on the ball to streamline the process.

My company is basically a small business dedicated to pet care. We are insured, licensed, and bonded, and we’ve been in business for over 10 years now. I’m the owner and manager, so I do a little bit of everything.

What challenge were you trying to address with The Business Theory?

I wanted to keep my website up to date and refreshed because it was a little dated.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

The Business Theory ended up creating a brand new website for us using Squarespace. They mainly focused on UI/UX development so it’ll be easier for our users to navigate through it. Additionally, both of us provided the content and photos for the website, and I was able to suggest a few changes to the content that they’ve written.

We have a monthly contract with them, where they update the information on the website, and if ever I need to make any changes. I’ve recently requested to add a logo for my business since I have to offer security and safety for my clients. This logo will be used to run background checks on my website, and let everyone know what I’m doing.

To the best of my knowledge, I’m only in contact with the project manager.

Our Facebook page has been receiving a lot of likes in a short span of time, and I know it’s directly related to the new website that The Business Theory developed. The new website they delivered is more interactive, well-organized, and functional, and I’m very satisfied with how it turned out — it's working perfectly, and I haven't experienced any issues.

I would say they perform excellently. I believe the company is fairly new, and I don’t have any negative things to say about them. They always listen to what I want, they know the image I want to project, and they write what I want to say for the content. Moreover, their customer service is top-notch because they always take care of my requests immediately.

I’ve had experiences with other companies, and not one of them has the ability to listen to clients like The Business Theory. They’re invaluable because they’re very knowledgeable and honest.

Maybe they can offer a more affordable marketing plan. We’ve spoken about this but it’s a little out of my price range right now.

The Business Theory provided me with a new website. The old one wasn’t attracting any customers or leads, so I decided to go with something simple — just a couple of pages. The team uploaded a couple of pictures as well. They also set up a contact form linked to my email, so I’m notified whenever I have an inquiry. 

The relationship is ongoing, so if I ever need something to be updated, I can give them a call and they’ll carry out whatever I need.

The Business Theory was highly recommended by a friend of mine who had used their services before, so we decided to give them a try.
