2BI is a DevOps, cloud and IT infrastructure company based in Podgorica, Montenegro. We design, build and run the systems businesses rely on every day, from networks and servers to the apps their customers use.
Most companies split infrastructure, development and support across separate vendors. We cover the whole stack with one team and one point of accountability. Our standards come from running our own regulated product: 2BI is a Digital Payment Institution licensed by the Central Bank of Montenegro, and our payments platform Digitalni Kiosk serves 60,000+ active users and won Fintech Project of the Year at Game Changer Montenegro 2026.
What we do: - IT infrastructure and managed services: networks, servers, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-prem, security and SLA-based support - Connectivity and communications: redundant 4G/LTE for bank ATM networks, VoIP and push-to-talk systems - DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring and release automation - Custom software: web platforms, e-commerce and internal business systems - Mobile apps: native iOS and Android, plus takeovers of existing codebases, including React Native - System integration: devices, platforms and third-party services connected into one working system
20+ years, 100+ delivered projects, 30+ people. Clients include CKB Bank, IDEA, Renault, Toyota, Carlsberg, UNDP and the EU Delegation to Montenegro, across banking, retail, automotive, FMCG, security and international organizations.
How engagements start: a free 30-minute consultation, then a written proposal with phased scope, timeline and a fixed price or time-and-materials estimate. Infrastructure and support run on SLA-based contracts with a fixed monthly fee. Existing products start with a technical audit of gaps and risks.
We work on Central European Time, with full-day overlap with UK and EU teams and several hours with the US East Coast, in English and Serbian/Montenegrin.
Business Integration and Business Intelligence offers competitive pricing and good value for cost, as noted by multiple clients. They have successfully executed projects with budgets that fit client needs, emphasizing long-term reliability and ongoing support without hidden costs.

A banking firm hired Business Integration and Business Intelligence to design a corporate network for their headquarters and data center. The team also segmented the network to meet regulatory requirements.
The network architecture designed by Business Integration and Business Intelligence in 2010 is still in production more than 15 years later. The client also praised the team's design thinking, flexibility, and reliable partnership. They still engage the team as their network consultants.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Business Integration and Business Intelligence to accomplish?
Design a corporate network for the bank's headquarters, branches and data center that could grow with the bank for many years without being redesigned.
Segment the network to meet regulatory requirements, with separate security zones for banking, card processing and office environments.
Make the network resilient enough that a branch or link failure could not interrupt banking services.
Document the design so the bank's own IT team could run it day to day, with expert support available for structural changes.

2BI help us in designing and implementing the complete corporate network architecture for our bank, covering headquarters, branches and the data center. The design is still in production today.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We needed a corporate network built to last. It had to be segmented for regulatory compliance, resilient enough that a branch or link failure could not interrupt banking services, and structured so it could absorb years of growth in devices, services and traffic without a redesign.
The network architecture designed in 2010 is still in production more than 15 years later, without a redesign.
The architecture 2BI designed in 2010 is still in production. Hardware has been refreshed several generations since, but the design itself has never had to be replaced. We still engage 2BI as network consultants whenever we make a significant change, introduce a new service or add new equipment.
Hardware has been refreshed through several generations on the same original design.
The bank still engages 2BI as its network consultant for every significant change, new service or new equipment.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their design thinking. They planned for growth and regulatory requirements from the start rather than solving only today's problem, and their documentation made the network easy for our team to run. Their continued involvement over the years shows how reliable the partnership has been.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Business Integration and Business Intelligence could have done differently?
Early in the project, requirements around segmentation took a few rounds of discussion to settle, but the result was worth it.

Business Integration and Business Intelligence has designed and delivered a network infrastructure for a hotel chain. They specify and configure the switching, routing, and wireless equipment.
Business Integration and Business Intelligence's network includes 32 access points covering 125 guest rooms, five conference rooms, and all public areas. The network has been in production for eight years, and the client has never looked for another partner. The team is reliable and responsive.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the IT Manager of Ramada by Wyndham Podgorica
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
Ramada by Wyndham Podgorica is the first international chain hotel in Podgorica, offering rooms and suites, conference and event facilities, the Panorama Restaurant, a spa and a fitness centre, directly connected to the Mall of Montenegro.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Business Integration and Business Intelligence to accomplish?
Hand over a network the hotel's own staff can run day to day, with support available when something needs changing.
Build the hotel's entire network: guest Wi-Fi across rooms, conference space and public areas, plus the internal network for reception, back office and hotel systems.
Deliver Wi-Fi that holds up at full occupancy and during conferences, where hotel networks usually fail.
Keep guest traffic fully separated from the hotel's internal and payment systems, so one network cannot reach the other.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
2BI designed and delivered our hotel's complete network infrastructure, from the core network to guest Wi-Fi covering the entire building: all guest rooms, the lobby, the Panorama Restaurant, our conference halls and back-office areas. They planned the network architecture, specified and configured the switching, routing and wireless equipment, and set up central management so guests can move between floors without losing their connection. Guest, staff and hotel-system networks are fully separated, so guest traffic never reaches our internal systems. The cabling was done by a separate contractor, with 2BI specifying what the network required. Since the network went live about eight years ago, 2BI has maintained it for us, handling configuration changes, troubleshooting, monitoring and equipment upgrades whenever needed.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
32 access points covering 125 guest rooms, 5 conference rooms and all public areas.
Free guest Wi-Fi that holds up at full occupancy and with all 5 conference rooms in use.
In production for 8 years without a redesign, under our maintenance the whole time.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
The original installation was delivered on schedule and planned around hotel operations, so work in guest areas did not disturb our guests. Since then, communication has been simple and direct: when we need a change or something stops working, we contact 2BI and they connect remotely or come on site quickly. Before larger events and conferences, they make sure the network is ready for the load. After eight years, the best measure of how they respond to our needs is that we have never had a reason to look for another partner.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The longevity of what they built. Our network was designed eight years ago and it still runs on the same architecture, through busy seasons, fully booked conferences and changing guest expectations. The same team that designed it still maintains it, so we never have to explain our setup to someone new. They understand that in a hotel, the network is part of the guest experience, not just IT, and they treat every change with that in mind.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Business Integration and Business Intelligence could have done differently?
Honestly, nothing comes to mind. In eight years they have been reliable and responsive, and we have never had a reason to look for another provider.

Marketplace
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Business Integration and Business Intelligence to accomplish?
Run oobyte's platform on Kubernetes with dev and production environments that are built the same way, so what is tested is what ships.
Define the infrastructure as code with Terraform, so a full cluster can be created from a repository instead of set up by hand.
Deploy the application through GitOps with Argo CD, so cluster state always matches the repository and releases need no manual steps.
Keep the setup portable across clouds, so the platform is not locked to a single provider.

oobyte is a marketplace and rewards platform where members earn cash from engagement and referrals and withdraw it to their bank account or card, so the infrastructure behind it has to be reliable. 2BI designed and built that infrastructure for us. They designed our Kubernetes environment and deployed it on both AWS EKS and Azure AKS, with our dev and production environments running on AWS today. The entire setup is defined in Terraform, including cluster creation, networking, ingress and access control. They also built our continuous deployment pipeline from GitHub into the clusters using Argo CD, and they support us with monitoring, scaling and upgrades.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Dev and production are built from the same code, so environments cannot drift apart.
The same Kubernetes setup has been deployed on both AWS EKS and Azure AKS, keeping the platform portable between clouds.
We can now provision a complete cluster from code in about an hour, with no manual configuration. Dev and production are built from the same Terraform code, so the two environments don't drift apart and what we test is what we ship. Application releases go out automatically through Argo CD, and rolling back is a single step. Because the same setup has already been deployed on both AWS and Azure, we are not locked into a single cloud provider.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Communication with 2BI was direct and fast. We always had a clear picture of what was being built and why, and technical decisions were explained in terms we could act on rather than handed over as finished facts. Work was delivered on the timeline we agreed on, and when we needed changes or ran into issues, they responded quickly.
What was your primary form of communication with Business Integration and Business Intelligence?
In-Person Meeting
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Their seniority. They didn't just set up clusters; they designed the whole approach, from infrastructure as code to GitOps deployments, in a way our team can understand and build on. Having a partner who has already run the same setup on two different clouds gave us confidence that we weren't making decisions we'd have to undo later.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Business Integration and Business Intelligence could have done differently?
Database deployment is still a manual step, because it requires some manual inputs and generated values during setup. We would like to see that automated as well, so a full environment can be brought up end to end without anyone touching it.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and position.
I am the CEO and co-founder of an information technology company
Describe what your company does in a single sentence.
We are an AI-first technology company that developed an Agentic AI platform for automating complex processes for financial services. From financial analysis and regulatory compliance to loan approvals and customer onboarding, financial institutions use our agents to automate repetitive, resource-intensive tasks, driving efficiencies across the organization. At the heart of our vision is a belief that AI agents can become trusted digital co-workers, capable of handling high-volume, high-complexity financial workflows with precision, speed, and transparency. Our platform combines cutting-edge technologies such ML & LLM integration, workflow orchestration and agentic infrastructure to make this a reality.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What specific goals or objectives did you hire Business Integration and Business Intelligence to accomplish?
Take per-client infrastructure work off our engineering team, so they could stay on product development.
Standardise every installation on Docker and Kubernetes, so each new client deployment follows one repeatable process instead of a bespoke setup.
Deploy AI document-processing platform inside each bank's own environment, on-premise or in the cloud, so institutions with strict data rules keep sensitive documents on infrastructure they control.
Put CI/CD pipelines in place so new platform versions reach client environments quickly, predictably and without manual deployment steps.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
We build an AI platform for document-driven process automation, and most of our clients are financial institutions that require the software to run inside their own environment. 2BI handles that side of the business for us. They deploy our platform into each client environment, containerised with Docker and orchestrated on Kubernetes, and set up everything around it: cluster configuration, networking and storage, certificates, backup and access control. They also built the CI/CD pipelines that take new versions of our platform from our repository into client environments. Today they run eight environments for us across four countries, both on-premise and in the cloud, and handle monitoring, patching, upgrades and incident response on all of them.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Eight client environments in four countries, all running through the same standardised deployment process regardless of whether the client is on-premise or in the cloud. Before we worked this way, every installation was effectively a one-off. New releases now reach client environments through automated pipelines instead of manual installs, which shortened the gap between a version being ready on our side and clients actually running it. The outcome that matters most to us is that our own engineers are no longer pulled into per-client infrastructure work and stay on product development.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
We work with them directly, with one point of contact on their side, and communication is quick and informal rather than run through a ticketing process. Deployments are scheduled around the change windows our clients' IT departments allow, which in banking is not something you can move, and they have kept to those windows. When an issue comes up in a client environment, they respond quickly, including outside standard working hours.
What was your primary form of communication with Business Integration and Business Intelligence?
Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They understand what it takes to operate inside regulated environments. Installing our platform in a bank means working within that bank's security reviews, change windows and internal rules, and 2BI deals with that directly, so we don't have to translate between our product team and each client's IT department. Having one team cover infrastructure, deployment and ongoing maintenance also means we are not coordinating three vendors to get a single installation live.
Are there any areas for improvement or something Business Integration and Business Intelligence could have done differently?
The first deployments took longer than we expected, before the process was standardised across environments. That has not been an issue since, but it did cost us time early on.

Native iOS & Android App Development
Native iOS and Android apps built by senior engineers, from discovery to store release. We own architecture, security, CI/CD and backend integration, and stay on for maintenance after launch. Our apps include a payments platform with 60,000+ users and a retail app with 400,000+ downloads. Fixed scope and price, or time and materials.

DevOps (monthly retainer)
We run your infrastructure so your engineers don't have to: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring and security hardening on AWS, Azure, GCP or on-prem, backed by an SLA. The same team keeps a licensed payments platform with 60,000+ users online every day.

Our Story
We're a team of engineers from Podgorica who believe technology should simply work. Our mission is to build and run IT systems and software that businesses can rely on every day. That standard comes from experience: we operate our own licensed payments platform, so security, uptime and compliance are part of how we work, not an add-on. We value ownership, transparency and long-term partnerships, and we stay with our clients from first design to day-to-day operations.
Meet the Team
Aleksandar DraskovicChief Technology Officer
CTO at 2BI, with 12+ years of hands-on engineering behind him. Aleksandar sets the technical direction across infrastructure, DevOps and software, and stays close to the code: he architected Digitalni Kiosk, a payments platform with 60,000+ users.

Petar DraskovicDevOps & Systems Engineer
DevOps and systems engineer with an MSc in Computer Science and a Central Bank of Montenegro scholarship for top students. Petar automates deployments with Docker and Kubernetes and hardens Linux servers and networks at 2BI.
Miloš LalatovićSenior Android Engineer

What Sets Us Apart
One Team From Server Rack to App Store
Most clients split infrastructure, DevOps and development across separate vendors, then lose time whenever something breaks in between. We cover the whole stack with one team, so there is one point of accountability from the network to the release pipeline to the code.
Systems That Last, Clients Who Stay
A national bank still runs on the network architecture we designed 15 years ago. A 125-room hotel has relied on our network, under our maintenance, for 8 years. We build for the long term, and our clients measure their relationship with us in years, not projects.
Remote Delivery Across Borders
We deploy and maintain platforms for clients across four countries, from container platforms in bank environments to AWS and Azure clusters for a Vienna-based marketplace. Central European hours give full overlap with EU and UK teams and live overlap with the US East Coast.
