Mini tendered to known suppliers. Business brains won the tender.

It’s a 7 module pack working the participant through the 7 chapters of the commissioning standard document.

Francois outlined what he required us to provide. He then produced drafts for comment. Once feedback was given Francois tidied up the packages and published them.

We now have a future proof package from briefing new commissioners that can be rolled out with no manpower.

Francois broke down all elements of the programme to produce a final document that exceeded client expectations

They have cut down the hours previously being used with new excel worksheets and made a condensed excel sheet that is easy to use but very efficient. The reports you can get from the sheet is fantastic

Francois was a pleasure to work with. He did everything we asked and more. The follow up service was great too.
