Brix & Mortar delivered on their promise of providing us with their undivided attention. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised to discover that they met our expectations and exceeded them through their exceptional work. We had been using another SEO/Marketing company for the last 6 months and felt like we weren't receiving the care and attention we had been hoping for. We hired Baron to take over our Google Ads and SEO campaigns and to rebuild our website. 

Baron went through our previous campaign work and provided us with some early expectations. After looking over his tentative numbers, we asked Baron to help us increase our organic search responses, help us raise our search visibility, and deliver a new optimized website.

Still ongoing, however, Baron has already worked to provide us with more incoming calls daily, as well as developing our website.

Balance simplicity of a clean, minimalist design with concise storytelling while maximum output.delivery on content. Work with company team on designs and usability as well as optimization of loading time and UX intuition as well as content development from existing material.

• Regular alignments and reviews of website drafts until preferences could be narrowed down to final version

They are an absolutely fantastic team.  Baron was there for every need and responded to each and every whim in the kindest and most most patient manner. He suggested and built the basic creative template and then encouraged the company team to contribute their vision as well as building out the website by himself based on general guidance and feedback received.

He was incredible, 100% attention to the project, 1:1 work with the team and incredibly responsive. He also was very clear on managing expectations and timelines from start to finish, telling exactly how long it would take to implement a change or integrate new input.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The price-product ration was incredibly good value AND we got undivided attention from a dedicated team member throughout the whole duration of the project. Baron went above and beyond to built a website based on the company's general vision and brought it to life by contributing an extensive amount of time and creativity.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Brix & Mortar could have done differently?

I want to emphasize that this is absolute nitpicking; the only thing that could have be done differently is for B&M to take charge of the process more and lead through the creation until the finished product is delivered.

This has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of the output/product delivered (as the resolut is simply great!) The company's team simply didn't understand how to best and most efficiently contribute to the creation of a new website and thus it was challenging to get them to focus on milestones at times.
