We're a staffing agency. We work with owner-operators for different trucking companies.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Brightech Studio? 

We needed a new website and a new logo for our business.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement? 

Brightech Studio started with meetings where they asked us questions they needed to know about our company. They wanted to know when we started, what exactly we do, and what we want to achieve from our logo and website.

Brightech Studio created a new logo from scratch. They suggested several designs and let us choose the one we liked the best. We asked them to make a few changes so that we got exactly what we wanted. They gave us a brand book with instructions on how and where the new logo should be used. The website took a little bit longer to complete as they also offered us several variations to choose from.

How did you come to work with Brightech Studio? 

I don’t remember who suggested them to us. We looked at several different companies. Their offer was the best in terms of time, price, and services. 

How much have you invested with them?

I’m not sure. I think we spent between $10,000–$25,000 altogether, but it might be even less.

What is the status of this engagement? 

The logo and website were done in summer 2018. The main scope of work is complete, but they continue to support changes and updates to the site. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We have a great website that brings in a lot of customers. Everything started going well for us after they launched the new site. We're a young company, so I don’t have numbers to share. However, I'm quite satisfied with the results we have at the moment. There were some issues with the site, but it wasn’t from their side. It was the fault of our IT people. Brightech Studio gives us everything we need. 

How did Brightech Studio perform from a project management standpoint? 

Their team is pretty good. They use Skype calls, phone calls, and emails to communicate. We still get in touch with them if we have questions and they’re great about responding. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their attention to detail is incredible. They tried to find out everything about our company that they might need to know. I didn’t always understand why they asked specific questions about our business. They did an excellent job of explaining to me why they needed that information. That was the most exciting part of the experience for me. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think so. Everything was good, so I’m satisfied. I really like that they offer variations of the logo and web design, so I had the opportunity to choose which one was best. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers? 

The Brightech Studio team is very professional. If you don’t understand something, just ask, and they will explain it to you. Be open, and they will give you the best result.
