I was introduced to Kaprin through a colleague... from there the connection was quick and easy, they became my development partner at the company for all intents and purposes. We developed several platforms on a high scale. The availability, the repeated explanations for non-technical people like me, and the service to my staff are things I have truly not found anywhere else. We are in different countries, different cultures, and yet we feel the most comfortable in the world working together... and they are full partners in our success.

I’m the owner of Slender Morris Furnishings, a third-generation, Australian family-owned wholesaler and importer of premium furnishing fabrics. We supply trade professionals across Australia and New Zealand with sheers, jacquards, upholstery textiles, and custom print services.

Their deliverables have included custom AI micro-agents tailored to our wholesale operations, seamless e-commerce website integrations, and a fully automated order-to-fulfillment pipeline that eliminates manual intervention. More specifically, they've automated our entire order-to-delivery lifecycle. This includes generative AI for reading PDF purchase orders, automated order entry into our ERP system, logistics automation for fulfillment, and even automated shipping label printing. The result is a complete 'zero-touch' workflow from order receipt to dispatch.
