As a new business, Break Thirty helped build my visual identity and web presence from the ground up:

● Logo design and refinement

The Break Thirty team made progress weekly on behalf of my project that felt meaningful and put my new brand in a great position for launch. I now have a consolidated place for the strongest assets in my portfolio that is public.

Break Thirty has been an ongoing marketing partner for Promescent, supporting our team across several areas:

• Marketing strategy: Ongoing strategic guidance on channel mix, budget allocation, and growth priorities for our DTC and marketplace business.
• Performance marketing: Planning, managing, and optimizing paid campaigns, with a focus on scaling efficiently.
• Amazon: Supporting our Amazon channel to improve visibility, listing performance, and sales.
•  Reporting & analytics: Building and maintaining performance reporting so our team has clear, consistent data to make decisions.
• Website redesign: Helping lead our website reskin project, from planning and design direction to coordinating with our internal team, with the goal of a better user experience and higher conversion.
• Website & SEO: Technical SEO support and site health monitoring, and now leading our website reskin project to improve design, user experience, and conversion. International growth: Contributing to strategy conversations as we expand our international business.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Amazon growth: Break Thirty manages our Amazon account end to end, including navigating category restrictions, supporting new product launches, and keeping the store healthy. They cut unnecessary ad spend by 70% while optimizing organic growth, and sales surpassed previous year-over-year and month-over-month results.
• Paid media: With a focus on new customer acquisition, they raised our new customer ROAS from about 1.5x to over 2x.
• Website reskin & UI/UX: They supported the UX/UI design of our website reskin in Figma, turning ideas into clear wireframes and mockups, improving the customer journey, and keeping design aligned with our conversion goals. The project is moving on schedule, with strong coordination with our internal team.
• Better decision-making: Their reporting gave our team one reliable view of performance across channels, which made budget and strategy decisions faster and more confident.
• Long-term partnership: Break Thirty has been a consistent, trusted partner for years.

Break Thirty’s project management has been excellent. They consistently deliver on time and stay organized across multiple workstreams at once.

Their team reply quickly, often the same day, and handle urgent issues with real urgency. What I really appreaciate about the Break Thirty team is, they don’t wait to be told what to do. They flag issues, bring new ideas, and recommend next steps before we ask.

They also join us weekly for meetings, so they work as an extension of our team, not an outside vendor. There is always clear communication with updates.

What we found most impressive was how much ground they cover without losing depth

They focus on profitable growth, not just spending more. They have experience with restricted categories: Our products come with advertising and marketplace restrictions, and they handle them confidently, finding ways to grow within the rules instead of being slowed down by them. They are invested in our success and treat our business like their own. Break Thirty has become a trusted part of our team and someone we rely on for strategic input well beyond the original scope.

Nothing comes to mind. Break Thirty has consistently exceeded our expectations across every area they support, and we’ve had no issues worth noting. We look forward to continuing to grow with them.

I'm Weldon Brewster, a commercial photographer and filmmaker in Pasadena with nearly four decades in architecture, engineering, and construction. I run Weldon Brewster Photography and Structural Stories, a proof infrastructure studio for firms in that world.

Break Thirty built and maintain both websites in Webflow, developed the Structural Stories brand, designed the pitch decks and the client service agreement templates, built a custom photo storage application, and handle SEO, email signatures, and everything that comes with running two sites.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Two websites live and maintained in Webflow, Weldon Brewster Photography and Structural Stories, with the Structural Stories site taken from brief to launch and holding up through every round of changes since 2024. 

A custom photo storage application delivered and in daily use, with large uploads that pause and resume and client invitations handled from the admin side.

One brand carried consistently across the Structural Stories website, pitch decks, client agreement templates, and email signatures SEO updates completed across both sites: metadata, titles, descriptions, open graph images, and image alt text.

They were always on time and on top of things.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We meet every week, I bring the list, and it comes back done. When I email something between calls I usually have an answer the same day. If anything, they were more patient with me than I had any right to expect. I change my mind, I redesign things, I show up with ideas out of left field, and the answer is always "okay, we can do that," followed by something better than I pictured.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Break Thirty could have done differently?

Nothing comes to mind. If I had something, it would have come up on one of our weekly calls and been handled by the next one. That is how the relationship works.

From having an idea on paper to creating the actual product in Hand, none of this was possible without Ryan and his team

On time, kept our developememy on track, Everything that came up that was an unexpected dead end, they helped us figure out new ways to keep product developement moving forward. There were a lot of hurdles, we came across that Ryan and his team helped us overcome when it was not even there "job".

I was impressed with how personable and attentive they were despite the frustrations we had with our own product development and resourcing. I've never worked with a team that stayed so calm and optimistic and patient.

I can't think of anything simply because how above and beyond Break Thirty went to keep our product in motion from beginning to end
