The scope was to develop a process and/or machine to process citrus peels and turn them into fine threads of zest for marmalade. This had to be sized for a small business.

A process that can be used in my company settings which is cost saving (in labour).

Initial timeline was aggressive and they followed it pretty well. 

Their approach was all encompassing. Instead on focusing on my proposed design, they thought outside the box.

They were very attentive to my needs and I had a sense of belonging during the progression of the project.

Approachable and with a view of the problem I could relate to. From day one, I had trust that they would get the best solution possible.

Michelle of Brash was hired to do full editing for the existing self-help book, The Happiness Hype. The contract included the creation of a new outline and full editing of the existing manuscript to reflect the changes needed to support the new title. A new book description and ad copy were also requested and the final document was to be proofread and formatted for 8 1/2 x 5 1/2.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

All scope of the contracted work was satisfactorily completed on time and on budget. We are very well pleased with the final products.

As previously answered. The final product was delivered on time and on budget. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

When we began searching for someone to create content for our website, we struggled to find an individual that really understood the vision of our company.
