My name is Harutyun Arzumanyan, and I am the proud owner of Alalik Care Assisted Living. Assisted living is a type of senior housing that provides personalized support services to elderly individuals who need help with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and transportation.

The goal of assisted living is to help seniors live as independently as possible while still receiving the necessary support to maintain their health and well-being. Our community at Alalik Care is dedicated to providing a comfortable and safe environment where seniors can thrive.

nreal Video Production produced a professional and informative introduction video for my company. The video highlights critical aspects of our facilities, including an immersive tour of the premises and insightful interviews with residents and caregivers. This allows viewers to gain a thorough understanding of the daily operations and experiences within our facility.

I always sent the video that they created to my potential clients to see what our company looks like.

We had a lot of pre-production calls with the team at first. We believe they asked great questions to truly understand who we are as an organization before moving on to questions about the actual project. We greatly appreciate this. It created a shared understanding of the people they would be interviewing in the video. We also had frequent email communication with apparent deadlines, which helped avoid confusion.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their personalities blended well with ours. They are not only incredibly accomplished at what they do, but they are also relatively easy to talk to and easygoing. We enjoyed that because our entire firm interacts with teachers and individuals daily and relies on interpersonal communication skills to generate business.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When you reach out to them, have a clear vision of what you want in mind. It's not that they can't create a picture, but when you already have potential visual assets, Unreal Video Production excels at combining them in a video.

The consult call really stood out they paid close attention to detail and we’re able to provide an accurate time line and cost for the project.

I wish they could have made me additional videos but with our budget we had to wait till next quarter!
