We came up with an idea, and we then drafted a story board with an outline of the details that we wanted to share with everyone. We planned and executed properly according to the vision we had in place. We started with the script and a time line of the process for the work that goes into each project and the training that each employee will be needed for each specific position, while making it fun and engaging.

We mainly worked with Kostya and David, Kostya was the one who came up with a lot of the ideas and did most the directing while David supervised and made sure everything was going accordingly to the plan. We changed a few things around to tailor the videos to our desired outcome.

We displayed the video onto our website and also sent the video to all of our new customers and past customers. It helped drive a lot of success and a lot more leads since it was shared throughout multiple platforms. The educational training videos for the employees were very easy to understand and sped up the training process which in turn helped a lot of my guys get a raise for their positions.

They responded with urgency as soon as we reached out to them. We had a consultation followed by an in person meeting. We kept in touch throughout the week to brainstorm and game plan for what we had in mind. They were very punctual, stayed on set longer than they needed to stay, provided their own feedback which made the videos turn out 10x better. Throughout the editing process we were involved to ensure we cut or keep what we wanted and what we didn’t. It was very easy to work with them and it didn’t feel like work, it felt like a project and we were a team with the same vision and goal in mind. That’s the type of people you want to do business with.

They took their time to understand what industry we were in, they did their own research and came up with creative ideas that were aligned with what the vision was. They stayed on set past the time they were supposed to be there and communicated with us throughout the entire process.
