My company has a wide range of working fields, such as letting and construction. My position there is "Manager".

For what projects/services did your company hire Branerie, and what were your goals?

We hired Branerie to design and develop a new website for our letting business. Our existing website was outdated and we decided that it needed to be completely renovated with a modern design.

How did you select Branerie and what were the deciding factors?

They were recommended to us by a professional contact. We scheduled a preliminary meeting and we were satisfied with their conditions, namely the price and deadlines.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

Since we are not a software company, we are not completely familiar with the technologies used by Branerie. As far as I know, they used JavaScript.

How many people from the Branerie team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We had direct contact with one person from their team, who was leading the development process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new design gave our brand a much more modern look, which directly resulted in an increased number of bookings. Up until now, traffic to our website has increased by 30+%.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They had a very proactive style and proposed features which we hadn't thought about, but ended up finding pretty useful. As far as communication goes, we only kept contact with one of their developers, but he tended to respond very quickly and was always available to talk.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were quick to respond and proactive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I can't think of anything they could have done better, but then again our project was a small one and we have little experience in dealing with other software companies.
